Learned so much useful information.
-plumbing, electrical, welding, soldering
-set-up bbq's all year round as well as all across Canada
-Full support from management and execs.
-Co-workers were to notch (freindly, helpful, hard working)
-good pay, regular raises and promotions
-encouraged to go the extra mile and rewarded when going above and beyond


This was probibly one of the most fun and interesting jobs I have had.  Got to spend days outside working with people promoting a company that I truly feel (to this day) cares from thier employees, customers and the charities they help.  The main focus of this job was to travel to stores that were either new or needed support and help them promote themselves.  We got to a point where we had created a system for new stores and struggling stores to grow.  Unfortunaly, it also made our jobs somewhat obsolete.  Have no hard feeling towards them, they did all they could to accomidate us.

Consistency often matters more than talent when pursuing any long term goal. Small actions repeated daily compound into noticeable progress over time. Reading ten pages, throwing light punches with proper form, cooking simple meals, or reviewing math basics can feel insignificant in isolation. Yet these habits quietly build skill, confidence, and discipline. Motivation comes and goes, but systems keep you moving when energy dips. Planning your week, setting reminders, and tracking results reduce friction and guesswork. Rest also plays a role, because recovery allows learning and adaptation to stick. Progress is rarely linear; setbacks are normal and informative. Treat mistakes as data rather than judgment. Adjust, try again, and stay patient. Celebrate incremental wins to reinforce momentum. Over months, the gap between who you were and who you become widens. What once felt difficult becomes routine, even enjoyable. Persistence transforms effort into identity, and identity sustains progress far longer consistently.

A typical day at work is mostly working alone, taking a break when there are no customers. There is always something to do...serving customers, being the priority. There is always something to stock or clean. I have learned to use my people skills when dealing with customers and I have leaned to multitask.
I get on well with all my co workers, even if we don't spend much time working together.
The hardest part of the job is not having a scheduled break and often not having a break at all if it is really busy.
The most enjoyable part of the job is serving customers and building a good trusting relationship with them. This happens because of the one on one service.

One day event so it was just that day.
Learned some cooking, hardware tools, and some socialization skills.
The manager was a store person so not bad.
The co-workers were a few volunteers and some main people from the shop working to raise money for cancer.
The hardest part of the job was the multiple orders by a few dozen people at once.
The enjoyable part was the experience, the people there, and in general, the job itself.

A typical day at work involved opening the store in the morning, cashing out the register, opening the till, stocking the merchandisers, opening boxes and stocking products in the freezer. This job was not for me because in a normal work day, I would be completely alone from the beginning of my shift to the end. If I had an issue or needed help, I had to improvise or call the manager, which she was not always available.

I stocked food in freezer, cleaned up store, cooked food for samples, helped customers with weekly meals. The management was amazing, and was very happy with my sales numbers. Hardest part of the job was leaving, the most enjoyable was everyone I worked with.

During the Christmas season I learned a lot about the food that M&M's sells. At the time my mother worked at M&M's and the two of us made a good, cooperating team. During the Christmas season customers were friendly and easy-going, and were patient while they waited for their orders to be attended to,

The staff at M&M's are amazing they are very kind and helpful people. What my job typically required was to make sure the boxes of frozen food were organized and that the shelves were stocked for the rest of the staff. Occasionally I would have to come out of the freezer and help bag and clean.

-The most enjoyable part of the job is interacting with customers and helping them personalize each product delivering food for your every day life

As the General store Manager my day started with opening the store the tills and computer systems. turning  on all lights and removing cooler covers. I loved this job the customers the sales thriving for the business to be successful having a positive staff a great environment
