What is the best part of working at the company?
Payroll was always early so that’s a plus if you’re short on cash

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
At first the boss I thought was the bomb but then true colors like others experiences showed through, feel like you’re walking around on eggshells is 100% true. Made a mistake and I’ve been snubbed and chastised for it. Owner acting like he’s a 2 year old like grow up 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Definately not a healthy positive vibe 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
You never know what you’re going to get ridiculed for

If you are looking for a job and would like to be FIRED within 3 months...give or take, please apply.  NO Benefits at all!  
From Warehouse installers to office, no one has ever lasted more than that.  Management is rude and intimidating.  I would high recommend you stay away.  They do not give you a chance to correct anything, one day you are a best friend the next you are a piece of garbage.  This is the honest truth.  I have more than a dozen people who I am sure would support this.   No supported training, maybe one day then if you make a mistake they will scream at you and you are gone the next.  Hardest part of the job is the two owners.

This is not a place to work for, the owners will fire you for nothing, he gets a kick in making you cry, I have been there for 2 years they promise you everything but doesn't follow through, the boss will talk to you like you are nothing, treats you like a dog, he talks about safety and being safe, that is not a safe place to work it is only time before someone gets badly injured, if you do something wrong he doesn't sit down and explains what is wrong he interrogates you, he will not let you explain you have no say, promises you things but never follows through, the owners are two faced never be trusted, job not guaranteed, DO NOT WORK THERE.....

Cant fix the environment in this place. This isnt about disgruntled employees like they will try to tell you about these reviews they just not right in their personalities more the woman especially. Abusive toxic environment. No care about the staff. Mandatory to work overtime to make ridiculous timelines. No one stands up for the shop staff too scared to get fired. Female owner so immature goes around slamming doors swearing blaming others for her incompetent work ethics. The reviews are 100% correct. I have never written a negative review before but this company isnt worth anyones time.

Great place to work, everyone is easy going and great people to work with. The shift is great and gives you lots of time after work to do things. The company pays well and the owners are easy going and hard working people. Do your job, have a good attitude, show up to your shifts and show initiative and you can grow with this company. Family like atmosphere!! Over all an awesome place to work! I love it here!!

Something was off from the beginning. The boss is continuously critical and appears to take joy in denigrating her employees. It's tough to impress the boss, and I frequently felt like I was walking on eggshells.

To make matters worse, the employer is giving low salary and is unwilling to discuss for better wages. They take advantage of their well-intentioned staff.

It is tough to stay motivated when we feel devalued and unsupported by management.

Poor management and owners, in constant dispute. Told have holidays then told come into work. Given a raise then taken away. Asked to drive up to fort mcmurray after working 8 hours. Then told to be up crack up dawn to return and work at the shop. 

The shop manager is off the rails, completely smoke and mirrors with this company AVOID at all costs. 

Worst employment experience of my life.  Company is very disorganized and unprofessional.  Owner is a hot-head and bullies his employees.  He does not give you a chance to defend yourself; he just cuts you off.  What I learned about working for M&M; an employee does not have to take abuse from an owner.

-Toxic work environment 
-Promised raises and advancements but never a follow through
-The bosses are rude and you can never tell if you have a job to come to the next day, could only imagine how they treat their FAMILY!
-STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY 


Company with many rules and nobody knows witch rules is in effect today. Boss is very grumpy. Doesn't know how to smile. You don't know if you have a job in the evening. You can not explain anything. If the boss said so that means it is so. Great pay but bad work atmosphere.
