MAGIC MAINTENANCE

I have worked for many companies over my lifetime and never was there a better one than Magic Maintenance.  We worked in an industrial site and were involved with very dirty and often heavy work but the atmosphere was one of "lets get it  done".  But with that there was always time for a quick joke and many laughs.  A truly wonderful company to work for.

. Saturday was the busiest day at work
. I learned how to clean and every detailed dirt and I learned how to rearrange things such as chairs and tables 
. The management is not that good and need to improve 
. Too much hatred and gossiping
. Washrooms 
. Mopping the floor and sweeping the glass

Magic Maintanence is a based on janitorial duties within a shopping mall atmosphere. Duties incl, maintaining washrooms, hallways, garbages, customer service and food court clean-up.

Started working here part-time until I quit my other job. Then was full-time. I wouldn't work here because the supervisors do not have manners and everyone is two face. If they don't like you they all go to head office just to fire you. It isn't worth it.

The staff and the management team work as one to make sure tasks are completed in a timely manner, which is the greatest part about the job because everybody helps each other.

They use you and work you hard just so they can save a few bucks. I will never work with this company again. No matter how much you go out of your way for them, they take kindness for weakness.

Don't work with this company because you we will go you go there nnw start talking I don't have anything good to say about this the boss and head office are not good people to work with

boss made it hard to like the job, for everything wasn't good enough
jobs were all done perfectly on time and early
but he needed it done a certain way and only his way

Great place to work, friendly staff and customers. Fast paced work at times.

Didn't really work there long enough to say, not a bad job but gross at times. Didnt really like the management there but it changed all the time, basic coporate owned company.
