Cannot think of too many good things to say about this employer.
They bring in new employees to manage who have no experience and 
nepotism runs rampant. You can perform at a high level and get no recognition, every employee has a different deal depending on if they are friends with the owner,Very unprofessional and unhealthy place to work. They apply for awards to appear that this is a good place but do not live up to them. 

They only care about making profits and human resource department ignores any complaints. Female workers are treated poorly and paid far less

Assuming you could get any materials, you could not get answers from management. had to rely on foreman to try their best. One foreman per month on average. lots of secrets and backstabbing. Other than that, decent company if you just want your 10,000 a month. they love to throw money at the problems.

nice compagnie to work but they miss a lot off organisation and the infomation dosent pass day shift to night shift ,good and bad formen but thats the way it is12 hour shift it is good but sometim when is very cold it is long a little bit

Not enough work. Meant long shifts. Middle management bird dogging employees making it an uncomfortable working environment. Night shift superintendants were good and reasonable to work with.

Nice working invoirnment, High level of safety, Pay on time and accurate. I learn alot from my team. Hade a grate chalange to know the names of different people comming every week. It was a busy place to work in term of work and workers in number.

Sorry i can not go too much, the only thing you have to consider is, you have to love your job, working, your management and at the end your salary and benefits, that all you need to a successful future.

Worst place I have ever worked. Extremly unorganized, you really felt like a number and your concerns were shrugged at. Was chewed up and spit out. Will not work for this company again if I can help it.

A fine place to work.  Met alot of great people.  Co-workers were great to work with. Had no problem with management.  A typical day included long hours and hard work.
