It starts with dusting the shelves while waiting for the truck that has the new car parts to be scanned and put away on the shelves. If the truck has not come yet I'm upstairs cleaning the floor and organizing the car mats that other parts personnel like to keep a mess. If the truck hasn't come by this point I'm either downstairs fetching tires for customers, assisting the parts driver, helping the mechanics at the same time and delivering parts that the driver couldn't deliver. After the truck driver delivers the new parts it's time to unload the truck which is on the other side of the building and have to use a pump truck to pull through the rear parking lot where all the new cars are stored. On good days it took me 30 minutes to unload the truck, on snowy days it took an hour in half. Let's not forget about sweeping and mopping the floors every night along with power washing the ergonomic foot mats.

I've learned there is no job security.

Management was poor.

My co-workers were great we all got along great.

The hardest part of my job was all of it.

The most enjoyable part of my job was looking at all the new Ferrari's and Maseratti's

My first introduction into the Luxury brand segment and I could have not gotten a better introduction. The mission statement and the effective execution of their policies and procedures set me on a path to excellence in this industry. Management invested the time and patience in order to make sure I had what it takes to succeed in this industry and the tools I learned have made me a better person on and off the job. They taught me the value one must place not only in the co-workers around you but also in yourself. The valuable asset of "Team Building" was moreso evident when the dealership went into a transition move from a small boutique style dealership, to a move 5 kms away to a mega faciilty. Again, I was part of the team and the Service Manager made a point to show me a few of the critical steps along the way. A great learning experience for me and the bonds made there I still share to this day.

Remo Ferri is by far the worst dealership group to work for in the GTA. The Parts Department is a mess the new Parts Manager likes to pass his workload on others, and expects you to do a eight person job. Everyone here seems to be very miserable, no job security at all no room to advance very rude management. Staff in the parts department are frustrate and some are very lazy apparently we don't work as team its everybody for themselves . Do yourself a favor do not work for a company that doesn't appreciate its staff they will not even give you a new uniform for work.I made a big mistake to leave my old dealership job to come work at Remo Ferri Group this company is very cheap and not very welcoming.

If you are persistence and hard worker, you will be able to survive and make good money, You will be very aggressive in order to be recognized. 
You can schedule you own work hours and being late here is very lenient about that. 
Manager only takes care of the people who only they care about. More top management only listen to other managers which lead to a lot of complain from the employees.

Typical day at work is fast pace.
I start as a lot attendant and learned lot about how a car dealership works.
The management is very helpful and fun to work with.
Co workers are friendly and co-operative.
The hardest part of the job was working out side in the winter.
The most enjoyable part of the job was seeing satisfied customers.

You are constantly pushed and expected to exceed expectations and when you do exceed them your hard work is neither rewarded nor appreciated by this outfit. 

Extremely poor managed dealership. The general manager Newel and Parts manager Mark are very rude to deal with as well as unprofessional. They will not call you back when promised and you have to chase them!

Not a good place of employment. You are taken advantage of and your knowledge is disregarded. You are not given much of an opportunity to learn and grow as an apprentice and their system is very unorthodox and grow-stunting. Very dysfunctional dealership and place of work.

It was my first BMW dealership so I was excited about it.And I got along with my manager and my coworkers.there was a good morale in the dealership when I was there.

Had a great time working there until a new GM started. Before him I had plans to retire there great people fun atmosphere. One bad apple ruins them all. The owner does care but has the wrong people in the wrong places.
