Unfortunately they post the “salary” as $50-65,000K   Not true Base salary is $30,000  and commission structure is very confusing and low   But overall   If you’re wanting a fun environment absolutely fun   But if you want to make money   Hard to earn $ if you don’t have a fantastic phone sales experience background   But overall great training to try to help you succeed

This is not a real business. But of course, owner would say otherwise. Owner is not educated. Manager is not helpful.
Both just care about you making money for them. Then they love you. When you don’t sell, they avoid/ignore you because they don’t want to help. 
Cold call businesses for them to buy ad spaces. Repetitive work.
Scam business for their money and product does not go out or not out in time. 
Don’t waste your time applying.

I had the best time with the MARC family I learned so much from them, both owners and management helped me achieve my goals.   I took those teaching with me to my next job where I was ranked one of the top achievers that is sending me on trip to bahamas. Decent but wage is iffy, need to be good at coercing people into things. People are amazing. Good incentives but salary isnt even minimum wage so you better be good at the job so you can earn.big commission

Takes a while to work up to actually earning percentage commission, until then youre mostly on your base salary with a little added bonus. Fun environment and cool co-workers.

I have worked at MARC Advertising for 5 years and this has been such a great learning and growing experience for me. I started out as a Sales Rep then Senior Sales Rep now am a Manager! The training and support you get here is awesome and I would recommend this job to anyone.

Success depends on how good you are selling and being pushy. Some of sales and management tactics were questionable. The product doesn't even seem truly beneficial to the small businesses being sold to. 

If you invest into their work formula, have a positive attitude and are resilient it is 100% the spot for you. If you are not motivated by the size of your pay or have crummy work ethic - don't bother

Great place to work, atmosphere as well as caring supportive environment and culture all around. Plenty of care from above and peers. Lots of room for growth!

You have to lie to customers / business owners to sell your product. CEO doesn't care about what you do unless you are selling. You will quickly learn that you are working in a sweat shop.
