37hrs weekly, no fridge benefits and only a half hour lunch.  Location accessible to all with public transport and parking available.

Although the management it's self are good people, they have not established any processes or procedures to enable the workforce a better working environment, a good example of this would be that they have had 3 different A/R administrator in less than 2 years. Requires more then 40 hours a week, not by force but in order to accomplish basic duties.  The employees are friendly and hard working.

Working at this company has been a mixed experience. The team is supportive and the projects are interesting, but management can sometimes lack clear direction. The work-life balance is decent, though occasional overtime is expected during busy periods. Opportunities for advancement exist, but they often depend more on internal politics than performance.

good management, Can't dislike this job, Be my best job ever and alot of opportunity .
