I currently work at Mayrand as a cashier, and the work environment as a cashier isn’t that pleasant. I don’t mind getting scolded by customers it’s part of the customer service job. A year ago, I asked to switch departments, because I’m tired of how my managers and supervisors treat me. First of all, some people working there get special treatment. They get to do whatever they and get the best shifts, and new hires get more hours than those that were before them. Overall I met lots of awesome people and still waiting to switch departments even though I don't think it will ever happen.
Trying my best to change, and be more patient with customers, my manager and supervisors aren't satisfied...

They get to do whatever they ans gets the best shifts. Overall I met lots of awesome people and still to be officially switch to the department I asked. 

Very nice working environment. I don't thin I have any complaint. The work was simple and straight forward. There was a nice teamwork going on with my co-workers. Not stressful. People are really supportive.

This place is too relaxed to be honest. If you want to waste time and work a little but get a low salary well then this is the place for you. It seems  like the upper bosses do not care.

The biggest problem with MAYRAND was about the director, you can ask anyone there they will all say the same stuff, but i have limited texte here.....
