Working at MBRP was an extremely positive experience. I really appreciated the structure and organization of the workplace; there were clear protocols, policies, and timelines in place, which helped set expectations and removed any guesswork from day-to-day work.

My schedule allowed for great work–life balance, and I never found myself watching the clock. There was always something meaningful and interesting to work on, and no two days felt the same.

What stood out most to me was how valued I felt as part of the team. My efforts were consistently acknowledged, and I felt trusted and supported in my role. It was one of the most professional and well-run environments I’ve worked in, and I learned a great deal from the experience.

MBRP has a great culture and team members that make you feel comfortable. I felt like a family member and integrated well within no time. The owners are very welcoming and each team member is appreciated and valued. There are tonnes of opportunity for everyone to grow within the Company and the most important thing is your contribution is appreciated and valued. The company has an open, transparent, diverse and inclusive environment which makes it all the more innovative. Your ideas and initiatives are welcomed. The focus is on upward mobility, so you can really develop yourself as a professional while working there. A clear and developed organizational structure and investment in employees. Above all great leaders, like CFO, HR Manager, Production & Support Function Directors. If given a chance would love to work again in future.

I am a good worker, enjoyed my job, worked overtime weekly, made connections with everyone.

I filled in daily for a physically demanding role I wasn’t initially hired for.

Despite all this, I was terminated.

You can do as much as you can and it still will not be enough. Keep your head down and don’t say anything and you’ll be fine. Don’t learn more then one position or they WILL take advantage of you as they have me.

I currently don’t know why I don’t work there anymore. The “powers that be”.

After 10 months, learning, being called upon, then asking for a raise, I was suddenly not a good fit. Good thing they’re getting employees from Ukraine now. It’s good they’re helping.

I have worked here for just over a year and everyday I learn something new.  
Our computer system has been a bit of a challenge, learning how it works and understanding the process, part set ups and lead times.  
I find that Management is always here to answer questions and help in any way.  My direct Manager does everything that I do and more on a daily basis.  The mind set is to get the job done and he will help in anyway to ensure that happens, he is not afraid to do task no matter what it is.  Coming to work each day for me is very easy,  knowing what the end goal is and working as a team to get it done. So far my experience here has been great.

Mbrp has constantly demonstrated strong professionalism, dedication and commitment to high quality work. As a team leader, they effectively forced a collaboration. Ensure deadlines are made and maintain a keen attention detail. The leadership contributes positively to a team performance and morale setting to a strong example to others. I enjoyed my time at MBRP. The people were friendly and management were very accommodating. They placed me on the right shift and in the right position for me. The only reason for leaving was that I received a call to return to my previous employer where I had the opportunity to make more. The only downside was that the salary and benefits could be better. I would highly recommend MBRP for anyone that's seeking employment in a sustainable position. 

Since starting at MBRP Ltd I have noticed a huge difference in the work culture. The people are caring, friendly and always watching out for each other. The environment is innovative, creative and focused on new technology and development for the automotive and powersports industry. No real support during training, only negative feed back

Work was hard, dirty and heavy. No one helped one another

Clock in and wait until you could clock out

MBRP offers excellent training programs for new employees.One of the primary focuses  is on safety and employee well being, being very important to all.
MBRP also offers opportunities for advancement. My personal story started as a temporary position to cover a position on leave. This lead to a full time position, and recently I have grown into a Team Leader role.
