If you are a bend over backwards for nothing in return kinda working person this is a perfect fit for you. If you have any problems or concerns expect them to be met with criticism and disbelief, management is questionable and their methods are extremely questionable. The handling of some situations when it concerns the "favorite" employee will be met with no punishment when a good hard-working employee makes a small mistake and things get blown out of the water beyond belief. My final summary is that if you don't confide to doing everything you're told be it fair or unfair to you then stay away from this place because they don't see you as you they see you as your employee number. Let's see how long this review stays up and yes I know it won't. One more thing the management will tell you there's nothing they can do to help in a busy time to lighten the load for yourself, then they will go and take five stops that are convenient to them and then head home and kick their feet back and do nothing until it's time to come back and do some work instead of helping the employees that are breaking their backs for the company

What is the best part of working at the company?
Work is consistent. Drive at night so not much traffic. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There is a definite lack of communication. Fairness and openness about pay for people doing the exact same job is sorely lacking. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
HR never gets back to you on issues. Management is not done by people who have Management training or skills, they are just truck drivers who were put in that position. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Not stressful usually. I  leave the shop at 10:30pm and drive to a warehouse in Debert. The warehouse employees load my truck  then I leave for my drop off destinations. Total trip time is usually 11.75 hrs. That is without stopping for breaks . You are responsible for the cleanliness of your truck as others also use it. And keeping your log book up to date, turn in any issues with the truck so they might get resolved.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Being my own boss a good customer service 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Management that has not got a clue on how to boost morale with the employees. Too.much negativity towards employees

Stressful again because of management failure to listen to employees concerns

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Good as long as I'm driving and interacting with my customers. They all like my great customer service skills and my friendly demeanor

The company has grown in the 11 yrs I've been a big part of that growth. However the wage structure should be revamped, after 11 yrs my wage is 14.79. This is the only reason that I've decided to seek employment elsewhere. Overtime is paid only after 60hrs per week,as we are Classified as line haul drivers. We recently have a health plan and its not to bad. Fair wage for fairs day work!
The most enjoyable part of the job are the customers! I don't mind working long hours and have a clean driving record.

The job itself is good. There is no proper supervision. We are underpaid. There is too much favortisom, everyone should be treated fair and equal. We really have no one to talk to to get issues and complaints resolved. Management will tell you what you want to hear, nothing is ever done. Trucks are always running behind scedual and this is causes for everyone to rush to get their freight delivered to customers. This is sometimes very steressful, having to rush and trying not to speed or get hurt.

A very good employer. Good support at any stage of work. High culture. After a while, you begin to fully understand your daily tasks and simply do them. Nobody pushes you anywhere, especially at the beginning. All training is fully provided and equipped. The company also periodically provides certificates for workwear in the store to choose from. Highly recommend.

Was an ok job. They bought company I worked for. Got a slight bump in pay but lost hrs. New people were making more money per HR then I was which was there for over a year. Very stressful and lack of management. Management has favorite workers which get all the perks. Not worth the time in my opinion.

Like any company it has its ups and downs but they have been supportive in providing accommodations for what i require.
They are safety oriented and are not a big company but are working to implement policies and procedures.

MBW is a great work environment for those who don't like someone constantly over their shoulder. Show up, load your truck, make your deliveries and pickups in your designated area, return freight and truck at the end of the day and go home.

There was no consistency.  The job varies every day.  No real leadership.  Communication with management was sadly lacking.  Training was all safety oriented,  but in reality,  not practiced at all the different job sites.
