The management at MCA Dental Group is absolutely horrendous. The regional managers are changed every few months which introduces so many opportunities for mistakes that are often overlooked by managers as “not their concern because it wasn’t them”. The managers are put in higher positions without any training, education or experience and will expect their responsibilities to be completed by administrative and clinical staff.  All of the managers are just dental assistants and hygienists that were willing to take the position for more pay, again; no training, education or experience within management. The employees are all treated as if they are disposable. Please respect yourself enough to find a job with another company because this company will make you miserable within the office and outside of work. The company will make you work more hours than specified in your contract and will accommodate your needs to care for your children or pick them up from childcare. They will not compensate you for childcare when they change your hours, causing me to pay late fees. 

The staff I worked with were great and supportive, the one doctor was very self-ish.  I did learn a lot, however, you could never TRUST the higher management, not sure who appoints these people but pretty sure they are out of a crackerjack box!  They are all friendly at the beginning then boom, they are back stabbing individuals.  People in this co-operation come and go like there is no tomorrow.  You always want to make the patient happy but it is hard when the management are always on your back to call the patients to book appointments when they have already the office.  I worked 12/13 hours most days and not 1 single thank you!!.  You feel like you are harassing them as MCA Dental are so money hungry!  Stay away from any of their offices please!!

The office enviourment at Metcalfe Street Dental is amazing and friendly. Enjoying the work. Very supporting team. All the team members are nice and super friendly. They are providing all the standard  benefits. This is the place to learn new things and all the technologies are top notch state of the art. They are always supporting to learn new things. For me from interview to hiring procedure was very very good. Management team ( Office manager, HR, Regional manager) is  very good .Benefit of CE education. Overall great experience with MCA Dental Group. Thank you.

One of the things I appreciate most about MCA is the clear path for career advancement. Management actively encourages us to pursue our career goals and supports us through various training programs and leadership opportunities. 
The work environment is dynamic yet balanced, ensuring that while we strive for excellence, we also maintain a healthy work-life balance. The leadership team is genuinely interested in our well-being and goes above and beyond to maintain transparency and open communication across all levels.

If you want really long hours, to be underpaid, deal with management that changes very frequently, with zero communication. They will portray that they are all about being a strong team with the utmost support. That is very far from the truth. I fell for that facade, I hope no one else does. Their employees are disposable, zero appreciation for those who dedicate time and efforts. 

I am a happy employee , started working with MCA as co-op student got employed when I was still in school and now that I graduated I was hired for even a better position .I appreciate the efforts the whole management team and colleagues have put to help me be successful in this journey .
I appreciate the flexibility , understanding, encouragements, good pay etc...
Everyday I get to learn something new and get more experience .
The most enjoyable part of my job is the support I feel from my team /colleagues. 

MCA Dental has it perks but also had many setbacks.
The salary was competitive with the other offices however, they at the time did not offer any benefits or pension. 
Management would pop in when they could but would call you whenever they weren't happy with scheduling or productions... Hard time getting them to understand the daily struggles we administrators have to deal with.
I had a great time to work with that made my time enjoyable at MCA.
There is little to no room for advancement.

Focus on politics in office , keep the dental manager officer happy

Typically days run smoothly .  Planning your day ahead is highly beneficial.  Management is most often  supportive . Co workers are supportive and are open to work with you.
Hardest part of the job is dealing with clients  perception  verses the reality of dental insurance benefits.  The most enjoyable part of the job is conversation and relationships with clients and coworkers and smiles with great teeth
