every single day is difficult because I work as salesperson because i'm  meeting with different people and different personality.but i never complain about it because it feels great when you met customer and helping them what they need. The management is great! I liked the way how they treat all the employee. it's like a family. and also all the people I work with they are awesome, fun, happy to work with them. The hardest part of the job is when the time we don't have stock or inventory. and the most enjoyable part of the job is all the people work there are great! we always have fun and they are famliy.

Did practicum here, ended up getting hired. Great place to work, especially if you have a passion for cars. Dealership team has a lot of chemistry and i am thankful for the people i have met here. Every workplace has room for improvement but i have been pleasantly surprised with how little issues i have come across. When issues did arise, the issues were dealt within a very reasonable timely manner. 

Service manager is very personable and fair. 

They pay you as little as possible to do tons of work that is easily avoidable. Management is impossible to even have a conversation with because they do not listen to their employees. Very toxic,they always try and make people feel like poo even over the smallest mistake. they Leave all of their employees out of the loop when it comes to other workers and there is little to no management what so ever .

My experience at McPhillips Toyota was very enjoyable. The people I worked with were just as hardworking. I was fortunate enough to have a very personable and selfless team lead, who practically was THE guy to fix any issue the Sales team or our team had. The work itself was very tedious, but I never minded the work as long as the compensation was fair.

Once arriving at work an greeting staff, work is focused to a minimum. Directions are miscommunicated between staff an are  looking to hold power over other individuals. Blame is shifted to lower staff to cover deficiencies an mistakes. Management is poor an does not like to promote staff.

No management morals, rewards bad behaviour in staff. All managers are rude with no personable skills, cannot be bothered to listen to staff when there is a legitimate concern. Advise to management: listen to your workers, might learn a thing or two about the environment you are creating 

A great business from the top down. The opportunity is as great as you want to make it. A fun, supportive team who challenges each other naturally promotes growth not only in your role but as a person. 

Couldn't have asked for a better environment. Great people and management. Finance managers, Sales advisors and managers all great! Owner and GM also humble and all around wonderful people to work with! They'll take care of you!

Management was good

Workplace morale was ok

Less advancement opportunities with being a family run dealership not part of a large auto group.

Managers only talk to people in charge and act like all others dont exist and are ghosts until they need something from you. Managers are passive aggressive and supervisor for detailing was never sober
