It is not a great place to work. The days are long with standing. You are constantly lifting boxes.  There are heavy boxes, also the sorting is frustarating and terrible.  After a period of time my back and feet are hurting. The management is not great. Nothing is organized and it gets hot in the summer you are provided with towels.  The HR is not honest and give you mixed messages.  There is no notice and you do not know when the job will end.  The workplace is women and they gossip a lot.  The atmosphere is not great. Some of the fillipino people gossip alot and you have to be careful working with them.

The hours were excellent and they offered overtime. The teams were great to work with. The packaging was easy and differed to customers needs. Shipping and Receiving of orders. Doing inventory monthly. Was promoted to Material Handler. Set up lines with the proper materials needed to full fill the orders required. Supervisor and Management worked well together to get the jobs done.

During winter and summer no heater no ac

Great staff. If you  knew your job. You were  assigned  special jobs. I was the only one who  did postal returns.  I  could be dependented on to help get orders shipped out the door when need be. I could  run production line in a timely manner. I  knew my job like the back of my hand. Took pride in the jobs that were assigned to me

MDM has a very nice work atmosphere with very reasonable management. The physical labor is not over demanding. The mixture of consistent & easygoing work really make for a nice day. I never leave here over tired or stressed. Highly recommend this place. 

Not a great place to work for. Long hrs , standing long period of time, management is not great, they fire ppl without notice ,
Some co workers are great . Did not like the admospher. It says light assembly but there are heavy boxes for sorting.  I did not get the vibe that the workers are happy.

The warehouse work is terrible and exhausting. High levels of turnover. HR peps are promising a lot, however you will be most likely fired after few weeks. 
Just beware of this company lies and do not waste your time and energy applying into. 

I worked at MDM for almost 9 months and it was great, they give overtime, and the work is easy too. The people are generally nice to you and management are very hands on to their people. It’s a great first job!

The work required isn't very hard as there isn't too much heavy lifting. Most work involves small to medium sized packages and electronic accessories.

The job was flexible but pay was little. Definitely not enough to support cost of living. There were environment was casual and there were opportunities for growth.
