What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I work at pems , safety always first

Work in a place with high temperature, not much time to breath, always have someone in charge that yell at you and think they are all superior to you. disrespect you and yell more at you/fired you when you ask to be more respected. Work like dog to be paid 10.70. Been told you raise fast but some people there didn't get a raise after 5 years even though they work perfectly.

Well, in general it's not a bad company to work for, but anyone who have worked there maybe will know what I am talking about. It's "A one man show", meaning that whether you are very good or not in what you are doing, there is always this one guy who is "control freak", unless you are doing everything in the exact way he wants, you won't advance in this company.

good job friendly environment but pay wise needs more work. Good working hours, good team work, and also good motivation between workers. Boses are sometimes putting to mutch presure on the workers.

This place has amazing people to work with . The only issue its A 1 man show and control freak. Cannot advanced or share your knowledge since he knows it all . People are friendly and supportive 


The HR are not good , they don't know how to solve an issue between employees .
And the managers , they know nothing about management , still working with 1950 methods .

Don't go to work there, you will regret. I don't think they merit 1/4 of star.
