This is a garbage agency that does not care about you at all. You will have to get your own certifications outside of the company and with your own money. They messed up my pay more then once and trying to get a hold of them was nearly impossible. The agency offers no actual training, what you know coming in is ALL you can rely on. On the very first day I was sent to the job at the wrong time, with incorrect contact information and no explanation of what I would be doing. Just leaving me out to dry while they take their fee off the top of my paycheck every single week. Don't join this do nothing company that is getting exposure and money from your hard work. 

This is a workplace that hires people through temp agencies. I  worked there for almost 3 months when they fired me right before my 3 month probation was up. I told them I got covid and they told me they would find me a new placement. I  waited for weeks on end with no call backs or any messages or emails. Horrible workplace. I  tried calling and reaching out to them and they continuously told me they would call me back the next day and never did. Don't waste your time here...

What is the best part of working at the company?
Not much they literally laid a bunch of people off over the last few months and have no contact with any of us to give new placements. This is a temp agency.

They mess your pay cheques up too much

Unhealthy and stressful no matter which job

Stressful and not reliable at all

I was under the impression that I was being hired because of my drywalling experience and that I would be using those skills. Instead I was sent to a construction site were I would pick up garbage. 

Knowing that they'll charge a company more than double what you're making, without giving you any benefits is extremely demotivating. 

The job involved a lot of picking up garbage, moving wood and other heavy things by hand. There was a lot of cleaning up at job sites. It sucked to work outdoors in the cold in the winter time and on rainy days. The work was pretty much the same at every job site. You earned more money if you were in a trade

I value the respect management has for my credentials and experience and the priority they place me in for getting the contracts. The pay is more than fair and every 2 weeks which works for me. The pay process is quick and easy through the bank. 

Good experience there, if you're hungry and looking for good money, they will always have a site for you as long as you know how to work hard and when to pace yourself.. the pay rate does increase as promised after passing probation and showing good work ethic , im a current worker now and have been with the company for over 6 years !...

Typical work day with MGR is starting work and clocking in with MGR the system they have for clocking in is good but does need a little Improvement but dealing with the staff members of MGR is a wonderful experience no hassles you just get what needs to be done and they make sure everything is set in place so all you have to do is do your responsibilities

This was by far the worst company i have ever worked for.ITS A TEMP AGENCY. I worked there for two years never met anyone from the company. we communicated by text at their convenience only.MGR will use and abuse good hardworking people for their benefit with zero regard for you or your family. Stay away from this company.

The company was very hands off. Supervisers would come out to the job site once a month, ask a few questions.Then be on their way.. 
  The company was quick to find another placement once the job was complete. 
 Although there wasn't much over time.... Your pay is always therecome Payday
