The work environment can be toxic and unejoyable at times, however there are a few nice people working about. But for the most part, people are power hungry and want to push controll on you. There are several different jobs there, but they will start you off on one. Every area had a different lead hand and supervisor. One in particular dosent like new people. They push for people to build houses at speeds that seem impossible, and get angry if you don't. Every house they send out is a bonus for the whitehats (supervisors) if you decide to work here, kiss as much butt as possible so you dont get fired before 3 months. After that ur safe. Also they don't have to give you the 2$ bonus for up to 45 days after your 3 months. Another issue is supervisors there will ask you to stay longer making you think you are getting overtime, then will proceed to send you home early the next day to take your overtime hours away, pretty messed if you ask me, but if you got thick skin and nerves of Steele, this is the place for you

Enjoyable employment with a generally realxed but hardworking atmosphere with friendly coworkers. Seasonal layoffs at Christmas, however layoff periods can be unpredictable as work availability is based on sales of units.
The day starts early at 7am, but finishes at 330pm most days. Occasionally an earlier start, although no earlier than 5am occurs. Foremen were always easy to get along with and worked by your side to resolve any issues and were understanding of any issues that arose. 
When things are busier the days are fast paced and demanding, the level of work and accomplishment was always rewarding and seeing the finished product before they were shipped brought a level of satisfaction.

No guaranteed hours, you get stuck doing the same job day in and day out and when you finish your work you get to do other people's work too. Pay is an absolute joke, benefits are non existent. Supervisors walk around doing nothing except rushing you to do one job just to pull you to a different one then give you trouble for not finishing the first job. AVOIF THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLEAGUE

I learned that Drywall and Paint isn't as easy as it looks and had a blast learning many new transferable skills that I hope can assist me in my career path for the future.

Moduline was a great company to work for, its unfortunate they are essentiallly seasonal work, but thats construction for ya 
There are some drama queens however and it often distracted from our actual work

the hours were scattered, the professionalism was not present. lay offs were a regular thing, I have never been so humiliated in my life. I am thankful that I have had much better experiences throughout my life

The moral is not ideal as everyone is very focused on deadlines. But the money good and you feel as though you have accomplished something at the end of the day

Unacceptable treatment of employees, unsafe environments, unable to distribute work load effectively so hours of work are consistent throughout the year.

great place to work for kept busy for most of the year. gave employees chance to move up and the time off needed. Co-worker were great to work with and easy to get a long with.
