As a former employee,
I was proud to be apart of this company.
I took pride in every aspect of my position and,
Any areas of work involved.
The crew Foremen are excellent and go above and beyond the job requirements daily, so the,
Production and quality is great!

However there is ALOT of BS in the upper management and corporate, as well the union.
The union is a huge problem, they have misrepresented the meaning of what a union,
Is and what it's suppose to represent.
They want your dues, but stab you in the back at the same time!
They allow members to remain when, 
In fact should be kicked out of the union as well as loose their job for multiple issues!
Breach of contract with temporary employees,
And didn't stand for them when needed,
And will ruin your chances at a long term career at a great company!!!

That union is a misrepresentation of what a union is supposed to be.
And is a insult to the company.

I know why union members "good" members 
Go corporate side now!!

What is the best part of working at the company?
Moosehead is a family you feel at home working there at moosehead. great people great environment high safety standard.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Night shift when there is no production

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
great place everyone is watching each others back. Just a nice place

fun you do great task without knowing it. work life balance

Moosehead Breweries was a really fun place to work. Excellent corporate culture.  The work life balance is amazing but it comes at a cost - Your salary expectations shouldn't be too high or else you're setting yourself up for disappointment. Overall though, it's an excellent place to work. Family owned company that cares about its employees - you wont just be a number.

Very interesting place to work. A company that is 151 years old but is looking to do more, and more creative and innovative things. Strong leadership from a CEO who cares about his employees. 

Senior Management is demanding, in a constructive way, that sets the tone for employee buy in. A very strong opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of a new challenge.

I worked with a great group of people in a fast paced, detail oriented environment. Being able to multi-task was a must as was the ability to problem solve. I enjoyed the interaction with the employees as well as our payroll affiliates.

I loved my time working for Moosehead Breweries! It never felt like work, it was such a happy environment.  Very social and casual, many events to attend for work---all so much fun! The best job I have had to date in my life--I can't imagine any place ever topping it!

I worked there for close to ten years. Then left for greener pastures. In my time there I witnessed several hirings and firings of management. It seemed like there was always a new foreman or manager trying to re-invent things, which made for a very stressful atmosphere.

Moosehead was a good place to work with good people. It was a fast paced in environment which exposed me to a lot of different areas which I wasn't familiar with. I wasn't with the company for a long time but it was a positive experience. 

Micromanaged by senior management. There is a cultural divide between the union and management employees. Trust between management and union, and senior management and salary employees is prominent. 

A fast paced manufacturing facility, our job was to ensure the supply of packaging material, including "just in time" delivery. Inventory procedures followed, including documenting receipts and reconciling inventory levels.
