Great place to work right after graduation, or coming back to from another job. Team is fun, open minded and amazing to work with, no matter what shift day, evening or night. Management is fair and helpful, you never feel alone. There's always new teachings that keep things fresh and new. It's a fast pace work environment, has its challenges but also has lots of exposure for experience. Staff and nurses are friendly and open to discuss about cases and changes to treatment. Best experience in my profession I could ever ask for.

Due to transition of Voice Recognition systems, these positions had been abolished.  Served the hospital for 25+ years.  Now on retirement, doing volunteer work here and there and, perhaps hopefully searching part-time position(s).

Challenging collaborate environment.
 Fast paced learning and educational . Overall very satisfying work. 
Response to emergency measures. Patrols of grounds and and buildings.

Good work / family balance. not too stressfull. Lack of training when replacing in new position you are left on your own. Poor management, no advancement. Poor benefits option 

underpaid and overworked but the employees are good ... you must be used to a fast paced environment. you will learn a lot here and see a lot of different complicated cases. If I was paid more I would be willing to stay

The people who work at the MUHC do so because they are driven to help the patients and their families. 

Salary is not competitive. You are not compensated enough for the work you do. Team is collaborative and fun. Management is disorganized and do not offer enough support.

My clinical experience was in Internal Medicine and it was a wonderful place to learn and be supported by the team of professionals. I would highly recommend employment there.

I enjoy the team that I work with. It is a fast paced environment.
It is a very demanding environment but so rewarding.
Each patient has their own story and this is what makes them special.

Lots of different options for units to work on. Management depends on the unit. Some much better than others. 

Very very busy units! Some teams are great. Interviews to go to other units can be quite difficult
