What is the best part of working at the company?
 The Employees are friendly , flexible hours,they can shop in the store whit an employee discount

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
They don't apreciate your effort in doing your job well ,They don't respect your seniority. If a new employee arrives and causes problems, you go to HR and nothing happens. Then, if you complain again, they threaten to fire you if you go back, even if they have proof of the other person bothering you. They don't care.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
There is no eseption,  all cultures its well

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Enter, punch in, put on mysafety shoe's Go to the department where I'm helping, grab what I need to work, like a ladder, tape, glue, marker, etc., head towards the assigned aisles, start opening boxes or putting the product in front.

 Very busy work, no time to drink water, toxic workplace,hardest part of the job is to lift heavy items, to deal with customers complaining about food quality and walk all the time in the store, most enjoyable part of the job was to go home.  I would never work here in my life The management exploits employees here. I would better stay jobless than working here

Worked for a longtime and was promised to move up from being a cashier to working in the office, for I had a lot of experience in retail. Front end manager did not want me to go, began treating me unfairly and changing up my schedule. Management did not defend me in the end.

I tried my best to stand out and get paid more but they kept hiring immediate family members or their friends or people off the street for positions I wanted to attain. I got tired of the way they treated me and I quit, not a good working environment.

it is a family based company with no job security . you must have to work according to their requirments . they will expect from you to compromise but not ready to do when the time comes . the management is very unprofessional  . i would recommend not even apply here.

Never I have worked at a place where formal training was given. Where the manager can belittle you and bully you. Friends and family get top priority… even for free samples and very good pay.

It was my first workplace in Canada,and I was so lucky to work with that company, managements are professional and the most important things is that this is a family business and the employees are like the member of family too.

By working at MVR we get chance to interact people from different culture and provide us more experience. most of the employees are very friendly and helpful.

I previously worked here for a number of years. There is only one boss there who deserves respect. Management is highly unprofessional. Toxic environment. the job isn't hard but the people are difficult.

MVR cash & carry is a wonderful to work at. Managers are friendly and understanding about somethings. Family is number one there. I recommend this job to people that want to spend more time with their families.
