A nice half hour travel to site to have the tool box and mentality is always great from supervisor down and excited for the day, everyone takes there job seriously and safety is very important but also jokes and smiles to kick off the day! I am a hoe hand so I am constantly working but day flies buy and questions are always answered and pay is great. Never told to do something your boss wouldn’t do and Most Coworkers are always happy to share ideas and experience or teach if unsure about something. I learn every day! U should never stop learning. Workplace culture is huge and especially with the indigenous and culture is shared and respected at workplace and off. 
Hardest part of the job is missing my daughters because 6 and 1 makes it challenging but I know when others have needed time to be at home for personal reasons I have heard no issues! Family is very important to the company! Safety, culture, family and making money! 
The most enjoyable part of the job is creating relationships with the coworkers you work with daily every day for long periods of time and if you are a pipeliner than you know that we spend more time together than with our own family and it’s awesome the friendship s that u make and will have continuously 

12hr days, 6/1 rotation, pipeline construction, long weekends off, paid weekly!
I learned how to operate equipment more effectively alongside my coworkers and foreman.
Great people, strong communication between mgmt, supervisors, and coworkers

Long 12 hr days but busy all the time.

You never know what to expect till you get there. Most days go smoothly, there's a chance to earn if you're on the right crews. Overall, I enjoyed my time with them. I look forward to working for them again.

The management group and crews of Macro Pipelines Inc. have been amazing to work with. 
The only downside is based not on the company but more the industry as a whole. Oil and Gas is unpredictable and therefore so is the work load.

It was a respectable and efficent workplace.  They cared for us as employees and the camp facilities were the best than could be for the area.  We as workeres impqcted the community in positive ways while working
