This place is always hiring because no one stays long. Owners are arrogant and treat employees horribly. Fellow employees work for other companies as well because this company just doesn't have enough work. They make so many promises when they hire you but I promise after a month those promises will be broken. They send you to gigs with very little info and if you make a mistake because you are not prepared properly you will be on their hitlist. Honestly there are so many other entertainment companies out there better to work for and more importantly with better pay. Don't get blinded by their reputation or promises they make, this place is an horrible environment! Stay away you have been warned!!!

I have worked for MBE for a few years now and I came in as green as they come, MBE trained me and helped me grow to where I am now - A name within the event world. 
The company structure and general environment is always a lot of fun with a family like feeling while given the opportunity to feel like I'm making a real difference in peoples lives. Whether you are a main stream type of person or someone who doesn't fit in the box of a typical corporate environment like myself this place has given me a place I'm glad to call my job. 10/10 place to work

The place is a horror show. I worked as a contractor who went out on shows and even cleaned up their warehouse. The problem are the owners themselves. Completely balls to the wall insane and egotistical. The rest are a mix bag. Most of em are nice till you make one mistake and you're on their hit list, or extremely rude.
PROS: Those don't exist
CONS: literally everything else

Working at Magen Boys was both fun and fulfilling! It gave me access to many cool opportunities and allowed me to make a ton of new friends! The company became a second family to me and I'm so thankful that I got to work at such a wonderful place with so many creative and supportive people.

Given the opportunity to entertain for large corporate, family and social events. Am able to use my skills including my dance background along with my social skills to create for a memorable experience.

I have been with Magen Boys for 6 years and while it is definitely a fast paced and hectic environment, I wouldn’t have it any other way. I love the people, I love the industry and I love what I do
