The company itself was completely disorganized... They were terrible with their clients by asking us to lie to them about when they would receive their shipments. People who worked their for longer did not receive any benefits, they would be asked to do more work, but they would not be compensated financially (minimum wage). 

Despite the poor managements, I got to learn how to manage the store on my own with my coworkers since our managers were less knowledgeable than us with the cash systems and products (I worked there for 3 years, while the manager was new). I learned how to deal with angry customers without referring them to the manager. I would do my best in trying to explain to them the problems and offer solutions in a calm and respectable manner. It was always nice to be able to direct a client in the correct direction.

The hardest part of the job was bringing clients to their school's section where there would be almost no sizes left. This was always embarrassing for me because we have nothing to give them, yet they need the product or else they can't attend school. 

The most enjoyable part of the job was connecting with coworkers and helping each other out during the crazy days before school started. We were all in need of help, and we always sticked together and tried to do a team job...

Its work that you have to love kids and be patient to let them try their uniforms for the new year the new school they will go and thats what I find really fun about this work

My shifts there were long but fortunately you can work and chat at the same time which really helped. Breaks were well organised and the clothing always needed folding.

It was nice the bosses were really nice and I don’t regret working there as a first job 
It gave me good experiences for the job I have at the moment .
