•	General tasks such as greasing machines and fluid top ups

The company is very busy and has lots of potential. It all depends on the department you are in. I was not fortunate enough and caught a dead-end job with no growth potential and a very restrictive work team. I wasn't trained properly. Steep learning curve. I learned a lot but only because I kept my eyes and ears open and asked a lot of questions. People around me were very guarded and not willing to share. Very nice building and well equipped work place. Some fun events and get-togethers. Gym in the house.

The management of my division was terrible, always tense and stressed and couldn't remember what end was up. Issues were never dealt with, and careless mistakes were made daily all that were pointed out on to someone else. There was little compassion, or team efforts, in fact team was non existent, all worried about the numbers and the the check marks on a proverbial list, people were numbers.
The benefit of working here is there were health benefits, and free parking.
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I have learned that sometimes no matter how hard you try some things can't be changed.

The co-workers are good to work with while the management is somewhat over rated.  Still a very "old boys club mentality".  The hardest part of the job is knowing that you aren't valued for the work you do (I would like to say this is only me but unfortunately this is a very popular thought).  

The people I work with and the job I do are the most enjoyable parts.

Mammoet is a challenging and exciting place to work.  Never a day goes by without a challenge to keep you in engaged with your work.
The people within the company are a pleasure to work with and there is a very "family" type atmosphere.
The Oil and Gas industry/market is coming out of a downturn which did create some struggles within the company with no larger projects on the go in the last couple of years and looking forward.

Corporate culture was toxic.  There were many little silos who did not work with each other.  No room for advancement unless you were on the infamous "Friends and Family Plan"

What is the best part of working at the company?
The job is awesome but varies between branches. You get a wide variety of work and get to travel lots

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Other people, scheduling, lots of time away from home

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It can be clique, but for the most part it is a good work environment. Saftey oriented

amazing experience at mammoet work environment was second to none wages and loa was just outstanding management was fair generous with job assignments especially for ladies and young people my son is still a mammoet employee and he's been working on a special project in siberia russia proud of this company and proud of my son ….keeper going COLE!!!

You’re better off being unemployed than working here. You will never be rewarded for the amount of hours and hard work you put in and management is more concerned with their “title”, than supporting you and being there for you. The fort mckay branch in particular runs more like a high school rather than a division of the company.  

The company is a strong global company. They are a solid company with a strong base and great people within it. There are plenty of opportunities for growth for those who work and would like to move up. Especially if you are willing to travel. This is a company I would recommend to anyone.
