I am very sorry to say that all my days in this company has been miserable.
I  had a team leader, who would put me under too much unnecessary pressure the whole day. The whole day he would criticize my working, I felt i am a slave here not a worker. 
Would tell me to clean the racks and then watch me from my behind and come just to bother me would tell me that so and so section of the rack is less clean. These racks were used for parts and tool that were not used in months.
Other example was that he would tell me to load a part in the CNC machine and then start sweeping the floor and look at the screen as soon as the machine stops I stop sweeping and unload the part and load anther part and again start sweeping. The making of the part would hardly take a few minutes to complete.
There were jobs that I could do but he would do those jobs himself and tell to sweep an area that has already been swept.
Quality of job was not good only it would insist on time. Every section supervisor would pass the part to another supervisor as soon as possible and would not car for its quality. Therefor time was more important than quality

Upper Management has unreasonable expectations for the work to be done as they have zero experience in engineering 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic, big egos with the attitude of I am right, you are wrong
Management doesn't care about their workers, treats them all as dollar signs.
No morale, no recognition 
Management always in meetings, never any work gets done
Sexist place to work 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Since new management came in at the beginning of the year, they drove production and morale into the ground.
It was there way or no way with unreasonable expectations.
They know how to lose money, not make money. One is a puppet for the puppet master. Both are idiots.
It was an amazing place to work before new "Management" changes.
All employees are at their breaking point.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The overtime opportunities. You could work as much as you wanted and everything over 44 hours was double time.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The overwhelming amount of overtime lol. The best part of the company was also the worst. You could work as much as you wanted but then it was expected that you'd work 80 hours a week.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very healthy. There's a very diverse work force.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Get in unlock the door hand out supplies for the workers and then go empty trash cans then look for anything that could be fixed up.

You just lift heavy metal all day. It is a majorly physical job. Management hides and pressures supervisors until they crack and take it out on floor staff. Horrible maintenance program so equipment is in terrible and unhealthy conditions. Very poor ventilation to the point government inspectors show up randomly and require employees to where monitoring devices to test air quality at their stations. Nothing really positive about this place.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Awasome people, good HR highly recommend, at the Oakville location is all I can speak for.  A good employer.  They will make you a better welder / fabricator without  realizing it.

Manageable deadlines. Very encouraging staff

Friendly and positive,great attitude from employees and management. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Show up and work with good people

The work shift usually starts with a 10 minute team meeting to highlight  tasks and complaints.
I learned a lot about using different machines.
The management complains too much without appreciating good efforts
There are great workers there overall and the work place is just average
Hardest part for me was learning how to use some difficult and archaic machinery
The most enjoyable would be handling parts that don't require machines



Mancor Industries is a manufacturing company that makes steel parts for CN Rail, John Deere Tractors and Mack Trucks. There are two manufacturing buildings and a a corporate office located in Oakville and a couple of plants located in the USA.

Mancor employs a variety of people of various skill levels. The one thing they all have in common is that they are all a pleasure to work with.

The general manager is a tyrant who demands more and more from the people. HR is clueless about how to treat people and is extremely bigoted on hiring practices. Very poorly run and has a horrible unsafe environment to work in. Management is very unwilling to help the support staff to improve the environment. Very cliquish management. Little to no training or help provided. Absolutely avoid this company at all costs. It is an absolute sweat shop. The absolute worst place I have ever worked.

they set the proper working hours shift for every individual worker it’s good thing that everybody performed well during their shifts hours and also report of every single hour  work and all workers work as a team tu build parts and ensure to do all things in the right way according to the office guidelines and worksheets

I waited more than 3 months to be hired at this company so that my pay goes up. 
I was working night shifts and was getting paid $15 an hour. It was ok from start as you get to learn a lot in the assembly line and how it runs. But after 3 months I asked supervisor to hire me, nothing helped out. I moved out and got into other company getting paid 19 an hour. 

A company should never do this to an employee being sincere and getting the work done by putting all his efforts.
