I always feel that I am treated like a professional, and given the agency to decide how I will complete my tasks as long as it's quality work and completed on time. 

For those who are "smart and gets things done", the sky is the limit. The executive and management team are always open to new ideas. If you can articulate an idea and how it will improve the company in some way, there's a good chance you'll get to implement it.

Maplewave is lucky to have a great blend of junior, intermediate, and senior staff (in terms of years of service).  This means that a junior developer, analyst, etc., has ample opportunity to learn from the best. 

In general, the work varies over time, which is great. With a growing client list, there is no shortage of interesting requirements or pain points to solve, which results in a steady stream of new and interesting problems to work on.

Overall, Maplewave is a great place to work, with a good work-life-balance, competitive compensation, and an ample amount of interesting problems to work on.

I feel lucky to be someone who likes what they do every day.  I don't think everyone can say that. But I work with some really smart, engaged people.  We do great work and we have fun together too.  The leadership team is very open and honest and open to feedback and suggestions; always looking to improve life at Maplewave.  Most of our employees work from home so having moments where we can connect virtually, not just for business meetings (sometimes just for fun and connection) is important to me.  If you like giving back to your community, Maplewave will support you.  We volunteer time, effort, and money to charities we are passionate about.  In my role I get to interact with all areas of the business and my biggest challenge is finding top talent in a tough industry (tech).  But working with some of the best people in the world makes even the challenges enjoyable.  I am very happy and proud to work at Maplewave.

I have worked at Maplewave for over 10 years, and have held several different positions here during that time. I have been empowered to shape my ideal role by developing new skills. I am trusted by my manager to make decisions.

I've been here a year and a half, and It's been a good experience. One of the best benefits for me is the flexible remote working schedule. Being able to work remotely makes the day a lot less stressful. 

There is lots to learn and lots of experience to be gained. 

Management treats you like an adult and allows you to perform your job with trust and confidence. 

 I have been very fortunate in the 10 years with the company and to have leaders who have supported and encourage me to build new skills, and  try new roles. The company continues to have the small family feel from when I joined, and I believe they truly seek to act with integrity with employees and customers. 

I have been working remotely from home at Maplewave for over a year now, and I can confidently say that it has been a great experience so far. The company has a positive work culture and truly values its employees. I have been able to take on new challenges and learn new skills here. Overall, I feel lucky to be a part of this Maplewave family.

Maplewave is a great place to grow as a person and not just skill wise. The work environment is incredibly friendly and the people are wonderful.  I like that I get to work on upcoming tech and keep my skills up to date. 

The social aspect of the office is great and there are a lot of comities to keep people connected. 

There is a lack of vision put forth by the leadership team at Maplewave.  A lot of talk but very little follow-through and the constant need to chase after new opportunities instead of improving the ones they already have is not a good long-term business strategy.
