Great place to work. Great people and a good atmosphere. Family oriented company that values they’re employees 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Using over head crane with large lifts it’s a congested shop with not lots a space for error 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Great! They’re a family oriented company that value their employees. Great bunch of guys always they’re to lend a hand if needed.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
8 hour days Monday thru Friday. Safety meeting in the morning. Work,coffee, work some more, lunch, work for little bit more and before ya know it your days done.

Co-workers were good. Environment was kind of noisy and dusty. Work was too dependant to few companies so some times fluctuated a lot, means some times had few work to do but other times had to work very late for some weeks. Not much new to learn if you have worked here for a while.

Everyone must follow safety rules, except management, they do what they want.
Management will smoke in the shop, workers are not allowed.
Reporting injuries can cost you your job.


Enjoyable place to work. Not a company where you will move up as its a small family ran company.  Great people to work with. Relaxed environment but at the same time they expect a good days work from each individual.

safety and staff concerns take the back burners at this place you are constantly fighting with management when it comes to safe work practices

I was provided with lots of hours to work towards an apprenticeship, as well I learned many skills to accomplish the day to day task as a tradesman in the oil patch

in the begging was always under the gun faster faster faster   that changed   to make work projects   kept busy   office staff always making waves and stirring the pot

overall good place to work. i learned allot of the skills here. staff is friendly and easy-going. flexible schedule and lots of work to do when there is work.

Excellent  company people were interested in you succeeding.
Management was supportive 
Hours were flexible.
Allowed for Time of for family  matters. Family owned & Operated. 

Very good and understanding management. Good fair pay and good work environment. All equipment is in good repair and maintenence is up to date. Good safety policy which is well enforced.
