Required to complete the set of tasks Team Leaders would give their team. The team leaders and workers are kind and I got along with them so well, as well as the management team. Some days were stressful due to the large amounts of parts & short period of time required to be completed and shipped to the Suppliers. I learned strong organizational and communicative skills there as well as new challenging tasks. Achieved knowledge in the electrical background, learned to troubleshoot problems in a calm and timely manner. Most enjoyable part of the job was completing the required parts to Suppliers and completing all my job requirements for that day. As well as getting along with the other employees there, developed good relationships with some of the workers.

Products come with a blue print that must be followed and checked constantly during production in order to ensure quality and avoid mistakes. The job encourages common sense and self learning abilities because each person, although assigned to a group, carrier a personal task to complete a set of orders for a particular product. The ability to work independently is also an advantage because of the fast paced environment and production quota.

My typical day at work was quite wires. What I believe what I learned was how to make quite wires.My managment was supervising.  My workplace culture was line quite wires. There was no hardest part of the job they were all simple. The most enjoyable part of the job was is that if we don't understand anything our mangaer comes and helps us fix our problem. She is very respectful.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Assemble the circuit board 
•	Solder line for the cable
•	Cut line for cables
•	Solder electronic parts for the cable 
•	Cut some components for assembly


What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The job is easy for me , so I did not have stress.

There were plenty of sweet and nice people but there were also people not so much the supervisor in particular one of them and will pretend to know more than you and gaslight and laugh in your face when bringing up a problem.

Marble Electronics is a good company we're u can learned a lot especially when you are starting your career..It's a good start to work when you are building a career especially when you are immigrant in canada. Its a way of good learning where you developed your knowledge and promoting your skills..

To work in this company is not that hard because it is easy to learn what is required to do. The only downside I can say is that u have to know a lot if you dont wanna get laid off. Knowing more means ur not at risk. Also the wage could be higher.

It was a good place to work because of friendly coworkers and management. A challenge was that they provide no benefit package for employees and the salary is very low making it a challenge to support yourself or your family.

The manager is emotional but the co-worker is nice in there. Management did not give much support to this position. This position is stressful but for new graduates is good because you can learn a lot in this position.

start work at 7am and ends at 3:30 pm Mondays to Fridays
