I was hired because of mounting work backlog on the service department.  And I was praised by my immediate supervisor of excellently and efficiently performing the jobs assigned to me. But after finishing the work backlog, management simply terminated my service without giving any explanation at all. It was a traumatic experience for me.

I had a wonderful experience working at Marcotto Mechanical Inc.!  I was an employee.  My experience with this company was that all employees were very  professional, helpful and friendly beginning with the owner, to the office employees and all the construction employees as well...Thank you for a great experience! I will miss you all :)

it’s a very bad company to work for, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to apply, and work there at all. I know during this COVID times, it might seem hard to get a job, but trust me there are far much better companies out there to work for. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had, working for this company.

Great atmosphere to work. Coworkers are very supportive and helpful. Management are courteous and friendly, the organization values family and team bonding. Seeing the company grow in employees, customers, technology and along with the positive feedback from customers.

Please do not work here. it is not a caring, progressive company. Leadership is very bad on all sides. Owner, service and construction. Do your career and future a favor and do better for yourself. 

I didn't work at Marcotto long but enjoyed the environment, the work was challenging yet rewarding, ultimately I received a better offer elsewhere so pursued it
