The hardest part of the job is to ensure good communications and dealing with the uncertainty of volunteer commitments. 

Enjoyed the delivering of services, bringing people together around a common goal and achieving it.

Even do not waste your time to apply for this organization. The work culture is toxic. The staff are disrespectful. The wages are low. You will get no company benefits. It is not a place to get some experience and leave. I am happy that I left. 
They hire and fire a lot of people during each year.

An absolutely Loving environment

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Fast paced at times but for the most part it's easy going

A management that really cares about the work/life balance; higher than industry salaries; challenging work and they understand this;
very relaxed work environment re: dress code, etc.

Very good working experience. I learned many things from work.  and i missed many good colleagues. The organization is growing and need more people in Finance and solid financial policies in place.
