Market Force

I actually loved working for Market Force most of the time. However, if you take any of the calls to ask you to do the jobs you haven't already indicated, they will drop you. I didn't like doing a specific fast food place because their food was awful in all the locations in the high desert, but you have to grade on what the place is supposed to be serving normally, not that you just don't like their food. Many times the instructions are too vague or complicated to complete as quickly as asked for. My biggest issue is the payment. By the time I paid a fortune for printing ink, since you have to print out every job, and gas and a few other things, it worked out I was making $5.00 an hour. You can negotiate for higher pay, but they  put you down for it, make you feel small for asking, so they must be part of a commission line. You can make it work, but it's harder work than most people think.  They are a legitimate company, and compared to many places, many are good people. Gook Luck!

If you enjoy a low paying, benefit-less job where you are required to soak up venom, hate and vitriol for eight hours a day then this is the career for you. Enjoying being a punching bag and being the brunt of constant complaints? Sign up today. Like weekends? Well too bad as schedules rarely allow for two consecutive days off. The company is little more than a landing post for new immigrants who are desperate for work and Market Force is more than happy to exploit them. And be prepared to lie on behalf of the company as this is a requirement. Goes great on a resume for future prospects. Don't walk away..run.

Management is more interested in passing the blame for their own lack of supervision or bad staffing decisions than in actually listening or working wih the front line staff. It's possible this used to be a good company but not anymore. Clearly the upper management are more interested in "streamlining" than in building a positive caring workforce.

This use to be a family run business, it is now a corporate company run from the states, the pay sucks, the benefits suck, you never get a pay raise and when you do it’s like 10 cents. Stealing is rampant and if you are a member of the receptionist’s family, you can come and go as you please.
It use to be a good place to work not anymore

This position includes applying, online for a particular job at the Market Force website.  After approval and confirmation I  receive materials by mail, usually and then go to the site, do the work, whether inventory counts, inventory fill or display construction. I then check in with site manager, leave site detailing my visit back on the Market Force website.

Loved working there, hope to return at some point. It’s a good place to work if you’re looking to work from home.
I would recommend anyone looking for  a call centre job to apply here if or when the opportunity arises 


Overall nice place to work, helpful staff. Growing organization, made it difficult to find a work space at times.Training was helpful and managers were available when needed.

Great working environment, extremely intelligent senior management and cares deeply about its customers and staff. Very effective training and always looking for ways to better it's customer service.

Management is supportive and willing to help when ever needed. The hours worked well with my schedule and everyday is something new. They really support the employees and are a great company.

Working here was pretty good. I unfortunately messed it up for myself, but that was my own doing. But overall pretty good. They have free coffee, and many employee appreciation day's that include free pizza.
