I was excited that this was a well established company that was in multiple countries but the management in this particular office was lacking leadership. There wasn't enough ownership from all the "management" there. It seemed that everyone tried to get a way with doing as little as they could while the small number of them that worked hard had to work very hard with little acknowledgment or pay. There was also too much separation between this office and those in charge in the States. It was hard to get a hold of anyone there to get approval or to answer a question and in the end they lacked any empathy and provided little to no explanation in the handling of Covid-19. I was forced to look for other work because of this and still hear from other employees that although management has changed over and over, the problems are the same.

If you like to gain experience in customer service specifically in fast food industry, this job is good for you! Everyday, you have to handle large amount of inbound call from customers. Sometimes you are dealing with 'good customers', but most of all, you have to hear they are yelling at your ear! If you have very good patient, this is going to be good for you!
And also, by the time you ended the call, you have to wrap up the report only 30second! better to get fast or you will ended up have to answer the next call and put them on hold to finish your previous report.

Friendly and very busy working environment with hardworking supervisors who are always willing to offer assistance and train representative to perform better. I was able to improve my interpersonal and communication skills with customers, created good relationships with customers. Although you deal with the frustrated customers but I’m able to apply patience, accommodate and resolve their issues in a friendly manner. The most enjoyable part of this job is the joy of being able to get compliments from the customers.

Working with customers complaining is not necessarily an enjoyable job. Added to that, all I can really do is take down their concerns and forward to the specific location where customers had the problem with, for them to handle the problem. It is frustrating sometimes, feeling that there is nothing I can do to help the situation. Co-workers are nice. Supervisors are always ready to help. I enjoy the lounge area. Hardest part is dealing with the customers who are expecting immediate results for their concerns.

Market Force provide a good work environment, all the conditions to well perform the job. Also, provides all the needed support for its employees. I can mention all the support I received from the company when my daughter was born. The VP sent me a congratulations email after she was born. Previously the VP put the company available to help in anything I need. The company provide regular feedback which helps to improve as professional.

Being a customer service representative is not the most fun job, but Market Force surely makes up for the negative aspects of it, by being a supportive, understanding and compassionate employer. It is a very fun atmosphere where you are made to feel at home. My colleagues and managers are great and I really enjoy working with them.

The coworkers are all friendly with each other and willing to help with anything you don't understand. The management however rapidly increased the workload only one month after starting, giving very insufficient training before throwing you head first into the new responsibility. Definitely an environment where you have to be outgoing but at the same time have patience when interacting with callers.

Fast pace working environment. Needs to pay attention on listening. Learned Canadian working culture and grew on skills and language. Management is flexible and cooperative. Perfect workplace for freshers with super friendly coworkers. Hardest part of the job is having patience with difficult customers. Diverse culture is the most enjoyable part of the job.

Don’t value their employees with raises or thank you. Just move faster on the cars but make sure you get all the quality you’ll be in trouble
If you were not a part of the click and are a good worker you get to pick up all the slack for the employees that can get away with not doing their job

Inbound call center. Handled complaints from consumers at restaurants. Management was fairly hands off and slow to repsond to concerns. The working environment was satisfactory . The hardest part of the job was dealing with people that had petty concerns, such as why was a restaurant not open on time. My co workers were the most enjoyable part of the job.
