as a former employee, this company fell short in many areas. i worked every day from 7am to 6:30-pm even though i was only scheduled until 4pm. The manager wouldn’t let me leave because he had to stay which meant i had to stay. the culture there is horrible. being run by corporate, it is very black and white, and if you are at the bottom of the totem pole, your voice will not be heard. i knew working in the auto industry meant longer hours, which i had no problem complying with, but the corporate suits there did not care about your life and your stresses. the technicians often complain about unsafe practices which is overlooked, the department is very unorganized, customers constantly return to complain about certain former managers, which puts the department into a bad name. The industry used to be about customer service but now it is all about selling selling selling, with no regards to a customers budget! how will customers return if their experience is unpleasant? This company has a lot to learn if it is to get back on track. The reason it is a revolving door is because management doesn’t know how to treat the people who run their business for them!

Personally I had a very difficult time working here due to the lack of training and appreciation from the management in the sales department. Whatever they say about being trained is all false, you will receive no such thing there. You will have to learn everything yourself. Meanwhile they expected a lot of selling done without proper training and knowledge. Turn around to organization and it is done more according to personal choices rather than any effective procedure. Felt very uncomfortable and extremely disgusted from how they treated their employees. I regret working at this dealership even though I enjoyed my field of work.

Terrible place to work if I could give it less than 1 Star I would. Management is awful and provides ZERO training for employees. Not to mention all managers are new since they get fired all the time as well. Turnaround is insane, all employees there have been there less than a year. Pay is terrible you will get paid flat on 99.9% of deals. Do not waste your time working here, there is no room for growth and even when performing well they will let people go with no warning. Watched many top producers get fired.
If you calculate your pay vs the amount of hours you worked it will be around minimum wage. 
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

If you're looking for a place to work comfortably and avoid a toxic environment, this is definitely the wrong place to work in. Staff is constantly changing in and out, and the general manager has changed 3 times in the past year. The building is very outdated and there is little to no parking in such a high volume area. Some employees lack professionalism and show very poor behaviour, which needs to be highly practiced. Please save yourself some time, while there are better dealerships out there seeking for your opportunity.

Terrible transition didn’t want to pay for the work when doing the cars. No one to support you managers made you know you were beneath them. Ended up getting let go cause old ownership was paying me well and new ownership thought I was to expensive and can get someone cheaper to do the work , almost 10 years with the brand and they gave me next to nothing for letting me go. Trash ownership 

Very unfortunate.  Current GM doesn't know how to run a store- or is too busy with his other store to properly manage this one.  Turn around in staff is so bad and all due to the lack of appreciation.  When they have someone good, they let them go.  Everyday someone is being let go.  Not a healthy place.  Always walking on egg shells.  I regret ever working there.

Environment was great, team was great but previous head office was terrible, mixed ideas, changes all the time hard to keep a stable balanced team in tact. Laid off workers and hired new ones, never called old team(sales, management and support team) back.

This dealership is very poorly run, with no consistent management support or direction. The narcissists at head office pretend they care about developing people, but all they really care about is $. The 1980s era sales process is terribly outdated and embarrassing, aggravating many customers. Terrible toxic work culture, Stay away.

Had a difficult time working here due to lack of respect to employees from upper and middle management. Employee needs and rights are disregarded. Enjoyed my field of job very much but had a difficult time growing in this environment.

Can I give no stars. This is dealer is soooo messed up. No management. Turn around is high. Poor wages. Poor leaders. Dont know who my management is sometimes. CEO is screwing a certain GM. Director of service can't tell difference between a wrench and screw driver.
