Markham fair

Learned a lot about sales. Not only that but you have to put effort into what you do to get results. This job was very fun because I got to go on rides and I got free food and still did learned a lot about sales at the same time.  Overall it was an amazing experience and I had an amazing time and if I ever get the opportunity to go back, I will 100%.

I was part of the agricultural tent's volunteer group.
Make sure to pack something to drink, as you will be presenting a lot of information.
Group leaders were very good at organizing breaks and were understanding.
Everyone learns something here.

thsi job is awsome you get lunches and free entery into the fair, the job has flexable hours and the best management!!! the only downside would be you are outside the entire time and the weather is never on your side, and you are constantly on your feet

The whole time, was very fun. I'd help with setting up and taking down the entertainment tent for the shows at the fair. The hardest would be just cleaning up afterwards because it take a-lot of time.

it was a nice place to volunteer to meet new people and handle a variety of different situations. However, it would be ideal if people were able to change stations as often times people would sit at one area volunteering for multiple hours.

enjoyed my time working at the markham fair. Lots of interesting events and they kept me busy with a wide variety of work to complete. Stayed over at my friends trailer as well. Pretty dirty at times but nothing rubber boots won't fix.

Grounds crew ensure the fair remains free from garbage by changing trash bags and removing litter. Relaxed and perfect for those looking for some extra cash.

It was a small place, easy to get work done, everything was slow paced but you are constantly moving and helping customers. Overall I enjoyed my time there.

very friendly people. met a lot of cool people that were very helpful. really recommend this place when they open up every year for kids.on our break, we can do whatever we want

I volunteered here to fulfill my high school hours that was needed to graduate. Pretty welcoming workplace and staff. Signed up through a friend and got my hours.
