shoddy equipment, poor dispatchers, negligent mechanics. no money, and guaranteed to try and force you to do something illegal within your first year there. work late night into the AM, they will schedule manditory safety meetings in the morning. don't care about your sleep or hos regulations that state all safety meetings are on duty time. don't care about interrupting your reset and don't care to force you to wait up to 5 hours for loads to get into the yard, they expect you to be offduty for then start your 14.  2nd worst company i ever worked for . their guys were crashing trucks left and right. yard is like the movie Taledaga nights. rubbin is trucking. they are fitting trailers into places with no room and don't care. drivers get their paperwork photocopied as a matter of standard procedure to try and cover their butts. its that dirty. first week you will see somebody doing this. its not a matter of if you'll get screwed, its when.

They give zero ****’s about their employees, change company policies on the fly to find ways to fire people. Run by lawyers you are very very expendable here. Terrible work environment toxic atmosphere and the equipment is old, dirty and breaks down constantly, and when you do break down they don’t want to pay breakdown pay, even if they do it’s an insult.

The US has no clue how to treat Canadian employees and the staff is treated unfairly. You are forced to work overtime and paid poorly for it. Drivers are paid well but not office staff. This is the worst company I have ever worked for.

Very good place to work if you want to work they will keep you busy,they are very organized  and they look after there equipment very well a great environment. 

Was told at my orientation work was guaranteed but was layed off 5 months later. Dispatch is unable to make decissions and leave you to decide. 
Trucks are slip seated and dirty.

Some of the owner operator of MTS at Brampton Chrysler line do not pay the cheque to their drivers on time and they also bounce sometimes. You have to pick up the cheque from their home, and that’s after consistently calling them for the cheque. 

Dispatch was lost and both the manager and recruiting told me the job was secured so I changed jobs only to be laid off in 5 months.GM Oshawa was the issue and I new it was closing but was told no issue.

Dispatcher who dispatch for Oshawa to Windsor run is unprofessional and pushing drivers a lot. At the begining when I joined in this company dispatcher forced me to work at the week ends. Always night driving.

I working with mts transportation system almost 20 years never slow down study work  I never have any problems since I worked so mts doing mostly Auto parts.   GM.   Chrysler  Ford   Long haul and local work   Thanks 

Nice place to work. Auto parts runs. I worked with MTS 11 years for local Chrysler plant in Brampton city and I have great experience. They fire one of their corrupt manager.
