Every person who works in the office will act nice to your face for a little while. After you have been there a month, they will start being rude, condescending and nasty while telling lies to management and HR.

Management and the owners are a joke! They definitely play favorites and allow that favorite to run the office.


The only good part of this job is the amazing bus drivers and monitors.

If you want to be miserable, I highly recommend working here!

What is the best part of working at the company?
This job works well if you like the middle of the day free (split shift) also is great to be off every weekend and holiday . 2 weeks at Christmas not paid but goes towards EI.  Also march break goes towards EI. And the summer off . Pay is decent.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Some times the kids can be difficult.

Equipment I used was old, not well maintained.
Getting paid for the hours I worked, was very difficult, and management of payroll issues seemed difficult. Information about what you were paid for, seem like top secret information.
They had an online payroll system, which provide
only basic info. Only stayed 6 weeks, once I could see how the management worked.

The split shift, part time hours offers unique opportunities for me as far as work/life balance.  School bus driving is quite enjoyable; the kids are great and my work mates are friendly and helpful. I am hopeful of getting more hours through the Charter end of the business.

Great place to work . Everyone  is so friendly. If you have any questions they are always willing  to help answer them. Hrs are great. Your off in between runs to run your errands make your doctor appointments.  They do very well keeping up with salary compared  to other companies.  

The martin family are fair and friendly people who treat there employees well, they try to accommodate their drivers with a route that fits the drivers needs.

The owners make working here very fun and enjoyable.The buses and equipment are well maintained and the company meetings and events join all of the drivers as one big family.

The management there is straight forward and no politics!! Do your job and adhere to the company guidelines.  They are helpful as well as knowledgeable.

I found them not concerned about safety or child checks. Safety standards were lacking. Management would listen however nothing would ever be done about it. Organization was lacking and the other drivers were INCREDIBLY rude

Great people to work for. Very family orientated. They helped me get my Class 2 and "S" endorsement. Hardest part of the job is that it is part time, but thats what the industry is for school bus driving
