Overall it was decent, i had applied for night shift, hours were decent, and most of the guys there were chill and would mentor you if you asked them to show you something, alot of the negatives however came from the enviroment of the "veteran" employees if they felt you were a threat to there "20 years of doing the same job" worked there for about 10 months, passed probation, completed tasks, but found the culture to be alot of two faced clowns who would secretly try and push you out.. anything voiced to management was met with alot of "uh huh, oh i see" more just going threw the motions and alot of asking "whats next" with a response of "choose your own adventure" i worked a second job while working for masterflo, so i feel alot of the employees felt i was a threat and didnt need to work there because "i already had a job" also if you have any issues, dont bother trying to talk to management or HR, especially if you call out one of the "veterans" who treat you like trash, they will side with them and write you up, realistically youd end up being better off slapping one of the loud mouths in the face and getting canned cause itll happen anyway

Currently undergoing a major change that will drastically change their business. Will be a struggle for most employees with very little direction from management. Very much an “old boys club” with management and if you’re not “in with them” you’re ignored or looked down on. I would not recommend pursuing employment with this company.

Good product line but very poorly managed company overall. Senior management is basically an "old boys club" with there heads in the sand. Major disconnect between sales employees & Director of Sales, not to mention the VP. Low morale overall due to employees being under appreciated & not just new employees but also long term employees. No team building what so òeverI would not recommend pursing employement until there's a shake up with senior management.

What can I say about this place? Honestly I feel the atmosphere to be no different than that of any other warehouse setting. People can be nice, it all depends on you really. So, obviously there can be politics to deal with, but ultimately; if you are a dedicated employee, you will succeed and receive recognition when deserved. Depending on your abilities/capabilities; the work can and will be hard or physical, however, team work and safety awareness are very much key elements for any potential candidate.

Productive and easy working with shop floor personnel. Very much fast pace working environment. Lots of interesting things to learn with the process and inspections. Very much up to date wth API and ISO Certifications as well as internal and external audits.

Great people but some people are very under utilized and there is a very high turnover.  Typically there was a lot of band-aid solutions rather than fixing the problems.

It was a new direction for me, with a few challenges but for the most part everyone especially my manager were awesome. I did not find anything to be too hard or too boring.

No opportunity for growth within the company. Only few people hold the command of the company. They SAY they never layoff people but in fact they terminate the people on the name of restructuring.

Zero job security. They don't tolerate innovation/ideas or change. Very inefficient due to lack of clear direction and vision. Sales director and VP are very concerning. Sexist, rude and arrogant. Lots of turnover.

I performed general maintenance at Masterflo. I also did pick ups and deliveries. Great hours, decent pay, good benefits. Tough time right now for the oil industries and companies that provide these products.
