I find this to be an amazing role with flexible work schedule, the opportunity to network with Healthcare Executives across Canada and work with a highly collaborative and engaged team.  A typical day includes sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates primarily for Executive Level roles, managing clients (hiring organizations), working collaboratively with the recruitment team and management, supporting in training new staff, attend job fairs and association conventions.  Highly recommend.

Maxwell Management Group is a recruitment firm, who work closely with clients who provide healthcare to seniors, including Long Term Care, Retirement and Homecare. They also assist other healthcare organizations to find key positions. The company has a thorough process for screening and presenting candidates to ensure a great fit for both job seeker and the company. All facets of the job are done with integrity and with a close eye to the details to ensure a seamless process from start to finish.

MMG has been a wonderful company for me personally as it fits my current lifestyle where I can get the work/life balance I need.  It's fast paced and busy but the management team is very supportive.  My fellow team members were wonderful helping me to get started and understand the processes and even though we all work remotely, there's a great team culture that has been built.  It's is a very collaborative group and I'm happy to be a part of it.

Working for MMG allows me the flexibility to make my own hours and get my tasks done within a time frame that is reasonable for myself and fair for MMG and the client we are recruiting for. Although there is high demand to fill positions in a reasonable time, I feel I am able to be successful doing so while balancing my home/family life as well. I am grateful for this opportunity to be a part of a lucrative team!
