I was a Technician in Vancouver. I was trained inadequately, and then scolded and threatened for not being perfect from day one. I was abused by the local manager on a semi regular basis, and when I inquired about getting help with our personal problem from someone else in the company, I was harangued, and told "there is nobody else, I'M THE BOSS, I'M THE BOSS, I'M THE BOSS!"

I had equipment withheld from me, making it hard to do my job without coming in, unpaid, for more stock all the time, and I was reprimanded when this caused service delays. The manager regularly made up her own version of events to suit her prejudiced assumptions, and she often micro-managed our jobs despite having very little understanding of what we do. 

She was spiteful and petty, and often sent people way out of their way, even when it would be much easier for someone nearby to go to that area. She told weekend dispatchers to not give me any calls, even though I was scheduled to work on the weekend, and not told I wouldn't be working, and when someone gave me a call, they were reamed out. 

When she was upset with me, she would take away all my calls. Other techs would beg me to take their calls because they were overwhelmed, but she refused to transfer any. 

There was one winter where 7 or 8 of the office staff quit, with virtually all of them complaining to labor standards about her. The company investigated her for a day, then everything went back to normal. THey know what she is, and appear to be happy with how she treats people, as she has been there for many years. 

It was known that their policy was to force people to quit, instead of firing them, because she had arbitrarily fired too many people before. I was starved out at the end, going weeks where I was scheduled and got 0 calls a day, and many other days with just 1.

My day consists of working on machines to make sure they were refurbished in an efficient and effective manner. I learn a lot about logistics and paper. Management was easily accessible and accommodating whenever required. The culture was family-oriented, competitive and welcoming. The hardest part of the job was not able to fix the machines if parts are missing. The most enjoyable part of the job was interacting with my colleagues especially when we meet our deadline and quotas of how many machines were fixed.

Great part time job, Have to keep you car in great working condition as this is a Field Service job


•	Install wall mounted LG flat panel TV/monitors and associated mounting hardware preferably in the corporate environment, before and after pictures taken. Used hammer drill, electric screwdrivers
•	Complete onsite activities in a timely and efficient manner. 
Ensure communication is maintained with internal and external clients. 
•	Communicate with clients the entire process of installation and the end results.

I was a Quality Control Specialist but employees who had worked there for many years and who were set in their ways did not like being told when their work quality needed improvement.  Supervisor at this time did very little to assist me with these issues.  For me this was just a job and it got to the point it was just a pay cheque

I am seeking new employment cause I have been mistreated and being blamed for the entire thing.

your ideas are never taken seriously and when something happens and you tell them that you brought up this idea to prevent the situation it gets denied.

They were a fair company to work for and I enjoyed my time there.
The management was good and fair and we had a good working atmosphere and I worked well with my coworkers.

Maxwell has a fast paced environment that i feel doesn't pay nearly what this job demands. Employees are given limited training and expected to cover various different contracts

Stay far away from this company your pay is awful for the amount of work they want And the head aches and stress you can do way better any where else.

Friendly sales staff, but managers can be agressive and lack in professional manners.
Enjoyed going to work everydaym but did not like the Clic atmospher.
