You'll have to learn to crawl before you can walk, then you'll have to learn how to drive truck. There is room for developing good driving habits and practicing relevant skills such as: backing, driver communication, route planning, and problem solving. This is comfortable work setting where challenges are taken on step by step all the way to up to long-haul jobs for the novice, and it allows expert drivers a job where they can go home at the end of the day to their families. 

Owners are easy to deal with however the managment they have left in full control are some of the most manipulative people that only make fake promises.

Wages are some of if not the lowest country wide!  Benefits are laughable at best.  No scheduled increase. Bids occur every 6 months so you wont see day shifts or even midnights for long.

the owners of the company are great guys, willing to help out employees even on a personal level. the shop was fairly clean and tidy, when I left years ago they were spending some money and putting effort into turning into a good shop. I only left to get dealer experience

Very good company, excellent management.  You will go to the same places every day.  The pay is not bad, there are companies that pay more.  But it is better to work in a company that respects you than to work in a company that pays more and does not respect its employees

Just stay away dispatch is good but the upper management is terrible. Specially the guy in the right corner at the office is arrogant. They sure have some new fleet but they will try to force you to drive old junk. They will hate you for sure if you refuse.

Great place to work excellent staff....if i had not moved to alberta i would have stayed w them....newer well maintained equipment and excellent rapor w office staff and management

McClays is a family run business that has undergone substantial changes and growth over the past 3 years including larger fleet and blending of two companies.

Good company to work for. Fair pay, good management, lots of home time! Automotive runs in and out of Cami. Steady shifts, 5-6 day weeks. Would recommend this employer
