Poor staffing levels, working short is the normal. Infection control problems everywhere. Lots of gossip and some staff and family members reporting each other, leading to bad morale. Departmental infighting, bullying needs to be addresses unfortunately. Poor retainment of nursing staff, needs to be fixed. Little room for advancement. Great pay, lots of hours to pick up if you want, good scheduling in the home side.

I worked at McCormick Care Group for a while and found it to be a decent place to work. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed working with them. However, I found that there was not much room for growth or advancement within the company. Additionally, I felt that the pay was not as competitive as it could have been.

I'm a volunteer and all the staff seem to really enjoy working there. 
As a volunteer, I gain great experience working with aging populations. 
I get to interact with clients by facilitating fun recreational activities. Staff are super supportive

Great place to work.  Management is supportive and respectful.  They are true to the mission version and values of the organization and ensure all staff are upholding them for the client they service.  Staff are so friendly, helpful and it feels like a family. 

The best employer I have ever had. Working in Long Term Care is extremely rewarding and no 2 days are the same. The Management team is very strong and knowledgeable.

mccormick home was a great place to start off as a student, i loved every minute of it, but the management needs to be put together better as they made it a stressful environment

Good workplace to start as a New employee. I have started my nursing career here where I find the most cooperative staff and management, never make me realized that I am new. Always ready to help staff and management. Learning a-lot!! Loving it!!

It’s a decent place to work, most staff are great, some not so much.
Management are nice and do try but not always on the same page so you get different expectations from each manager
