What is the best part of working at the company?
The hours were good, and everyone is helpful. It was a team environment.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful part was trying to fairly balance the work load, or cover the work load on days there was a shortage of drivers.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very relaxed culture, but at times could be a toxic environment.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Most days were busy, a bit of down time but mosy busy.

This is where I learned to drive. We drove as a super single, so we could take more time when needed. Daily inspections and log books. Trip reports, and border crossings. 

Mangers and management were great. Other co workers/ drivers there was a great group of people when I worked there. 
 
The hardest part of the jobs here was when loads needed tarping. Not my most favorite thing. 

Driving is the best, I did get some experience of different trailers and multi axles trailers here.

Absolutely horrible place to work, the pay is garbage the management is unorganized and extremely hostile nobody should ever work here run as far as you can owner and most of the management are complete and uder asshats company is completely stuck in the 70’s its amazing this place is still running refuse to spend money on needed parts make mechanics force drivers to drive with unfit trucks 

Company stuck in the 70's, old tech old way of doing business and an old man that micro manages all aspects of the company to the point of hindrance. No 24/7 driver support, they say there is but good luck getting anyone to answer the phone after-hours, god forbid you have a customs issue! Enjoy that 95Kph on the 75Mph interstates!

MCKEVITT has gave me a chance as a rookie and I grab the ball and run with it. I’ve seen many new drivers that came and left . But to me is that the grass is not always greener on the other side.

Harsh and incompetant management. Dont work here. Unrealistic expectations, erratic and inexperienced management. Very unprofessional behaviour from
Management and leadership. Questionable methods for running this business. 

You will be treated as nothing but a piece of meat in the seat. Worst dispatch I have ever worked for. Some real stupid policies in place. Pay is lower.than average and it shows when you see some the employees.

I worked here for six months as a customer service representative. Better opportunity came up and i decided to leave and go to Kingsway at the time. Job had no benefits or pension.

very poor management, no order, dirt place, bad habits, the human resource officer have no idea what to do, rude people, they have no clue how to deal with changes

It was a good company for me, did my regular runs everyday, stress free environment.  Most of the times stuff was understandable, cooperative and easygoing .After a few months there the work turned into a daily routine ...
