Poor training and management.  The people have mood swings, dont know how to communicate with staff.  Software is old.  Drivers are lazy.  Customers are not satified.  Staff needs to be reconstructed in there roles.  Bad management.  Need a proper leadership in their role.  Employees miserable.  Worst job ever. Bad atmosphere. Tools to do your job is only given to some staff,tracing is the worst.

Company treats employees poorly. No training is offered and equipment is ran into the ground. Tooling is a joke. The moral is poor. When a problem arises the first questions usually whos fault is it? Rather than how can we solve it?

-Highly stressful and toxic work environment.
- Everyone talks behind your back even through company emails.
 -Will not train you. Yet belittle you when you make a mistake.
-Will turn little things into big issues.

Too many people wearing the white hat.Administration is not professional when it comes to hiring, firing, and overall not informative.  Very clingy people and if you don't fit you are gone.  They make it miserable for you.

Typical trucking firm for Thunder Bay, management cares more about clients than drivers and considers drivers disposable. The work is ok, the pay is alright, but drop the ball once, even in the slightest, and you're toast.

Always being rushed to get it going

The company was a product of management but the cheques never bounced, The work was what it was and at times tripping over a dollar to pick up a penny. The business is closed now but I do miss the place and the people i met along the way. 

work your butt off for little pay and the warehouse manager plays favorites, will push you under the buss the first chance they get.

they pay you just enough to live, and that's only if you work your butt off.

A good place to gain some experience if you are new to trucking.  Your papers include directions on how to get to destinations.  You are on road alot.
