A typical day at work is usually not so productive, its sometimes chill, but I learned about time management.
the management is great, they care about safety most of all because were summer students.
the workplace culture is interesting, I take no interest in indigenous stuff but the environment is great, everyone is nice
the hardest part is usually it being not so busy, and trying not to pass out by boredom and sleep deprivation.
the most enjoyable part of this job for me was the benefits of the courses I could take, food safe, first aid, getting my learners, I only got my food safe but it was great.

Pros: Able to work outside by the campfire or the lake.Cons: long hours
A typical day at work was about supporting people to deal with their addictions in a forward, honest fashion.
I learned a lot about people with addictions and Motivational Interviewing techniques.
Coworkers were very supportive.
The hardest part of the job was the distance I had to travel to get there, making my days 12 to 14 hours.
The most enjoyable part of the job was sharing in people's successes.

This position started out not very fast passed but turned into a very busy position.
The people I worked with were very supportive and easy to get along with, were more than happy to help out if you needed it.
It was a position that was very gratifying although it was not an easy job. The one good thing about that was - the days didn't always  seem to have enough hours in them.

I came into the job when no one wanted it.  went by old files and taught myself the reporting and filing that needed to be done. Did this for about 3 months and then picked out my own supervisor.  things went well until I was nicely released from my spot.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Good ppl to work with employer is easy to talk too !!

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not enough hrs working during the week and no overtime pay !!

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Labouring 10 min breaks ,1/2 for lunch and just all around good to work for !!

I had a great experience working for my band during my employment and gained alot of skill working with other employers in the band and reconnected with alot of members and family

Typical workday includes relationships with staff and clients and appreciating the serenity of a remote community.  Progressiveness and staff moral was key to a functioning organization.

Challenging work environment.

There are many great things about working in the community with some challending aspects that require patience.  It is challenging to get recognition which becomes demotivating.

its my community, i participate anyway I can.  I do not wish to participate in this review and find it disrupts my motivation of job searching with this website.
