What is the best part of working at the company?
Way too many managers. Not enough staff to cover why are there 12 managers? Bring some back to the floor. No need for 4 ADOCs. Staff were great, residents even better. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Short staffed. Having no help when short staffed and having extra work. Only one RN would be willing to help. Meanwhile management still on ur back about things when really I just want to get the medpass and treatments done. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Most coworkers were great! Didn’t feel like a work family though. I also was only there 3 months.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy, non stop. 4 different management coming to talk to you about the same thing at different times.

I would not recommend this place of employment to anyone! The management are corrupt and have forgotten the profession boundaries with their senior staff members. In my 18 years in the medical field this is by far the worst environment I have ever worked in. The things I have witnessed in this LTC home are atrocious. If you are willing to work WITHOUT integrity or morals then you may just fit in nicely!

The management team is very disconnected.  They do not care about staff, especially part time staff which is 80% of staff.  There is a very large turnover because new people have nothing invested and just quit or don’t show up for shifts.  Management does not reward longtime employees for sticking it out.

I was a personal support assistant and really enjoyed the residents. It is an older building and quite a few residents seem bored, but, they treat the residents with respect and dignity. About 25% of my shifts were understaffed. Everyone knows your name and it is great to work with others who want to contribute to seniors quality of life. 

The work is not hard. I develope how to use a mechanical lift and put colostomy. it has good management. They motivate you to work independently and every worker has his own responsibility and job description. Education is given continuously online. It helps me to develop
my skills and knowledge.

Working here is great because coworkers are very nice and always willing to help you. Management is very supportive and always respectful of employees. Although work is fast paced, it is still very pleasant because of the positive environment. 

Everything here is low par and the building is absolutely disgusting. Management is useless and will consistently expect you to hurt yourself for their sake. Probably the worst job you could have as a PSW they genuinely do not care about your well being 

Everyone great to work with other than directing nurse.
Low pay is why I left. Head nurses are rude though and never let you talk.
Environment needs to be updated to benefit patients so not feeling as a robotic plant line up. Ex.dress, feed, sleep. No time to communicate. 


Moving quickly as possible offering care to multiple residents.
Learn new things every day about care that  needs to be provided.
Management does the best they can.
Working short staffed
The residents make it all worth wild.

Very nice residents & supportive management & team members. I loved working there for the most part, however it can be stressful. Most enjoyable part is the residents & families; they’re really lovely
