What is the best part of working at the company?
I can't think of anything positive working at the company. They are highly disorganized there. Expectations are unclear and change on a whim. There are frequent/daily offensive gender and cultural jokes. There's a lack of direction in the organization. Financials are not shared. Salary is not reasonable. Work environment could be much better. The best part working at the company is when you clock out. Definitely feel like the company is working dinosaur years. Slow-paced until random things are thrown at you with little to no direction. False promises on growth. Company owners create a fear-based environment. I've seen lots of good people leave the company. Do not work at this company. 


What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
As mentioned, the company does not treat its employees well. There is a fear-based environment created by the owners. It's hard to feel good doing your role when you don't know what is expected from you. The in-office environment is stressful. There is a false impression that the company makes with false promises. There is no direction. Management is not good. You can see people unhappy in their roles which makes doing your job difficult because there is less motivation. The jokes are inappropriate. Insults are thrown at you which catch you off guard but its expected for you to just take it. I hope this review makes you think twice about joining this organization because it's not worth it. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Rampant insults, fear-based culture, micromanagement, lack of direction, lack of trust in employees, super dull, clock-in clock out mentality that makes you want to leave the minute you arrive to work and stare at the clock non-stop till end of day. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Hoping that you're not insulted that day by management or have to bear derogatory or inappropriate jokes. The management team makes daily rounds to keep you in check so you don't feel trusted despite your experience.

I have had a positive experience working at this company. The team is supportive, management is approachable, and there are opportunities to learn and develop new skills. The company values customer service and quality work, which creates a strong sense of pride in what we do. 

Like any workplace, there can be busy periods, which can create a level of stress but there is always help available if you need it.  Everyone who works here is very close knit, and supports one another both professionally, and personally. There are jokes thrown around but it is all in good fun, and management will be there to support you if you need it. 

Every company has its downsides, however MeadowBrook overall is a very good place to work and there are many people who have been here for years. I thoroughly enjoy working here and don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon. 

Managed a challenging environment where leadership often showed disregard for team input, leading to widespread complaints, low morale, and individuals acting independently due to a lack of trust in leadership decisions.

The hardest part of the job was working under a leader with no clear vision or purpose—entirely focused on profit, with little genuine care for clients or the team, despite claims to the contrary.

They make offensive gender and cultural jokes daily.

The most enjoyable part? No longer being part of that environment.

None of this is true. ^

This place is dishonest, disgustingly against women, people of plus size and different cultures. I would strongly refrain from working here.

I see lots of bad reviews on here,  I am assuming from disgruntled employees who no longer work here.  Its a fast growing and dynamic company that rely's on the guys to be motivated and quick thinking. Some people just aren't cut out for the challenge.  Those that are love it and have been here for along time. From a company that was only 10 employees 5 years ago and is now pushing 70 employees I would say they are doing a great job. They have great benefits and all the guys are great to work with. I strongly suggest you join the team and I look forward to working with you!

The office environment is positive and friendly. Everyone is always willing to help you out no matter what it is.
They encourage feedback and to share concerns with management. They listen with an openness that is refreshing and include the office staff in many day to day decisions on policies and procedures.
Some days can be very hectic as this is a very fast growing company and you must be able to accept changes as you go as you never know where the day will lead you. 
The friendly and family-like relationships within the office make the daily grind not so glum.

I've never been more challenged and supported in a workplace. I've also never laughed so much or so hard. 

They've invested in my training, cared about my career goals, and supported me when I've strived for more.

After three plus years working for MeadowBrook Construction, every day still flies by. There are enough challenges to keep me learning new things. Collaborating with team players and management who care about what they is motivating. Team outings organized by management are very positive and enjoyable. Seeing the company grow in employees and customers and technology and along with the positive feedback from customers, strengthens my certainty that I work for a good company.

What is the best part of working at the company?
When it’s time to go home. This place is the worst work environment I’ve ever been apart of. The owners dog poos on the office floor 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The owner is the biggest loser. He’s fat and has no respect for his employees 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Garbage and no one gets along with each other. This is not a team environment

Get to work, hate your life and go home

I worked along side with MeadowBrook for two years watching how there team worked together as well as how the ownership interacted with their employees.
In 2012 I jumped aboard to become a part of that team and I have not looked back once.

MeadowBrook has had tremendous growth throughout those years which has opened up a world of opportunities for advancement for individuals who are driven and dedicated to their trade and their career.

It is a passionate company with continued growth in mind.
