Mediacom is one stop for great media planning and even more amazing talent. During my internship, I had encountered so many self-learning opportunities which helped me be independent in my career over time. The most enjoyable part for us was to learn all the new tools which helped the media world really brilliant.

Touch up 15'x35' silk screened billboards that where backlit, making certain that colours are the same front lit and back lit. Management pressed for faster work but always gave you time for great work for customers.

If you find better opportunities. Then please go for it other place.
I would not recommend for growth n well being.
Management is inconsiderate n you are not heard most of the times.

Management is very eager to implement changes to constantly improve the company.

Great atmosphere to work in, great clients. if you don't ask for career advancement it will just never come. Even when it is brought to attention and asked for it is still not something that management will help you work towards.

Everyone at the workplace is willing to help each other and help them grow as an individual. Each individual is really friendly which makes the workplace really exciting.

Knowledge and information sharing is a frequent practice.

Learned quite a bit in the field I am in.  Learned little to nothing in other departments in the company.  Constant overtime, under paid, and not a thank you at the end of the day.

Started my career here. Learned copious amounts about the advertising industry. I worked on a great team servicing a wide variety of clients.
