You go to college and get a diploma in MLA just to get paid $14 an hour. It’s a slap in the face and you could get paid more at Mcds. Not worth it!! The supervisors don’t care and sit at their office when it is busy and pull people from different departments. And they also make you record all the picks and keep your caps to see who does more and who hasn’t done enough. Which if you haven’t done enough picks you’ll be called upon.  It’s way understaff because they’re always firing people even though we need these people the most. I would suggest to work at dynacare than here.  A lot of whispers among coworkers and supervisors. It’s a negative environment.

Prepare to get paid about $10 an hour below what you should. It's minimum wage only here, LITERALLY anywhere else will pay you more. Long hours because people don't want to come to work and call in, if you're opening you're guaranteed to be closing. Easy to get full time because everybody quits. Low employee standards because they can't afford to fire you. Management at the top drives everybody crazy - the middle supervisors are trying their best to hold the place together. Go work literally anywhere else.

No matter how hard you work or how good you are at your job, it means nothing here if they decide they don’t “like” you. They treat people like they are disposable — using you for as long as they need you, then getting rid of you without any valid reason. There is zero care for employees’ well-being, personal issues, or loyalty. Management shows no appreciation for hard work, dedication, or skill. If you are considering working here, be prepared for a toxic environment where people are treated as replaceable and undervalued.


The atmosphere is okay if you enjoy working with many patients in a fast-paced medical capacity. Other than that, you are compensated very poorly, there is a lot of office politics and you are generally not valued by the company. They try to make up for lack of pay by giving out the occasional treat (such as a popsicle). There are some very wonderful coworkers that can help you make it through your day however most people move on quickly. 

I have work there for Year and half , they keep changing your department and treat like you easily to be replace and with no respect or appreciation of your hard work and Pay you the minimum wage but expect you to do everything even more than you suppose to do . I really disappointed working at this lab and the union . 
Staff are friendly but the supervisor and management are bad .

The most toxic environment to work in. Never have I worked for a company who undervalued their staff the way they did! They make you work above and beyond what is expected with nothing in return. Minimum wage with a college degree. Vacation was almost always denied. Management absolutely does not care about you. They think everyone is replaceable. Only work there as a last resort or to get experience. 

coworkers and supervisors work as a team. im able to exchange shifts easily and my supervisor is very understanding.  has pension and benefits which is better than my other jobs.  hours are sometimes unpredictable when coworkers call in sick which sucks. overall its good
