Unfortunately the CEO is incredibly money hungry and has incredibly high expectations for all of his staff and clinics. It's all about more more more, at the expense of targeting insecure women. 

The growth team specifically does SIGNIFICANT leg work for helping the clinics grow their client bases and make more money. Yet the Growth team was treated like the bottom of the totem pole and not given the same luxaries as head office such as the occasional 4 day work week due to the demanding nature of the role. 

Unless you want an incredibly fast paced, stressful work environment where your efforts will go unrecognized and any ideas you have stolen by management - I would avoid this place at all cost. 

Crazy work culture provides no benefits, hires fast fires fast. Management has no direction. Everyone in executive leadership team is rude and not helpful. No diversity, They do not preferred to hire people of colour. And there are no opportunities for people of colour in this company. If you are a nurse or a doctor, I would not recommend going into this company as there are no opportunities for growth and there are a lot of empty promises made. The COO is very demanding and not friendly and lack clear direction. The CEO does not have sight line or connection to any of the clinics besides the physicians and does not care about other staff members. 

There was little to no structured training or onboarding provided. Expectations were unclear from the start, and support from management was minimal. Communication was inconsistent, and leadership style felt reactive rather than supportive. Asked to work outside of scope. Very low pay rates. 

There appears to be a high turnover rate, which impacts team morale and overall stability. The work environment felt heavily influenced by internal politics, which made it difficult to feel secure or valued as an employee.

Pros: Experience in a fast paced setting.
Cons: Lack of training, limited support, high turnover, challenging management culture.
Zero appreciation from management. Most staff members are unhappy. Do not work here. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Great perks and team outing. This was motivation to hit target goals.l 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The unrealistic work life balance demand and personal politics within the team. 
Dr. was very abnormal  on what she expects from staff instead of motivating for growth and improvement and often points direct flaws or calls on you in front of everyone to embarrass you. Witnessed her make half the staff cry on different occasions for personal issues ex, no scuff marks on shoes, chip nails, eating too much calories in front of her, food on desk in your personal office was an issue, scattered paperwork was an issue.  High turnover.

Based at home and in clinics as a Regional Relationship Director, no two days are ever the same!
The culture is collaborative and very "family" oriented - every one works hard and has an amazing work ethic; this is likely why the interview process is thought out and can be longer than a lot of companies.
You are hired with permanency and growth in mind. 
The work load can be a lot but you are the master of your schedule and quickly learn to optimize your work day to get the best out of yourself. 
Great culture, great people, would definitely recommend!

Great place to work with a supportive team. My specific leader shows that they truly care. My team culture is positive, collaborative, and people are always willing to help each other out. There's such great flexibility in a completely virtual work environment, which makes you feel your work/life balance is respected. Great perks

Very friendly team of people who enjoy helping each other and sharing. Lots of information is provided on the industry. But shifting priorities brings stress to keep up with timelines. Upper management gives clarity to how the company is doing, and emphasizes work life balance. Overall, happy to work here and would recommend to others.

This company has exceeded my expectations from day one. Head Office employees work remote 100% of the time, which is one of the main reasons why I took the job. The flexibility is incredible and works well with my day to day.
There are many intelligent people that work for this organization; I always feel listened, heard and supported when I bring up new ideas. 

Speaking from a head office perspective, the values that the CEO has instilled throughout the company is incredible. It is shown through every employee who works here. 

Motivated, competitive and kind people. 



Management and some senior staff are not very welcoming or helpful with on-boarding and training. Issues in the workplace not addressed with staff when needed. Preferencial treatment and schedules given to some. Poor teamwork. No benefits and no sick days. No hourly raises, just a possible incentive program.
