If you are working in the diabetes department, you are in for a ride. You will deal with frustrated customers often due to orders always shipping out late or products being on back order. A lot of micromanagement especially if you do your job well. They will give you most of the new tasks and still expect you to be on phones throughout your whole shift. You will also do some admirative, account management work which are not in your title. Management is a mess and if you're POC prepare for some microaggression.  Every trimester you will work until 8pm no choice. They reinforce the "were family" but favoritism is definitely present and training is VERY poor and not updated. Get the experience you need then get out!

There is key personnel (supervisor, line lead) who do not let you advance. Many things are not correct and even if the manager knows it they do not do anything. Is more important for the company the seniority than the performance of personnel. 
There is a lot of favouritism on the part of supervision. An employee may have studied to be a hairstylist and get a supervisory position than a person who has studied engineering just because the supervisor likes them.
Even when it is a multinational company, there are many things that are wrong: material is constantly lacking, there is not a good organization of projects because personnel from all levels are constantly leaving, and there is a lot of rejected final product.

The most stressful part about working at the company is the high number of meetings.

The work environment at the company is highly collaborative and strongly focused on client satisfaction.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day at the company involves a clear set of tasks, although frequent meetings can sometimes limit the time available for these duties.

Company in general is amazing love the culture, lots of free lunches, gym on site.

They are family oriented however, the only downfall is that the advancement process takes too long and management in the consumer care department is terrible. Triangle friendships, manager is close friends with the supervisor. Also, surpervisor is a family member with another employee within the department. Lots of lies and gossip and protects the toxic. Would recommend any other department but NEVER consumer care. In addition, a lot of favoritism so with all honesty they will provide an advancement to someone who is lesser experienced than you

Benefits and bonuses. Near my house. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Forcing you to work 10hrs weekdays(4days) standing the whole day and working weekends for 12hrs (only paid 36hrs and the $3 premium is just to cover the 4hrs you lost), it’s like no premium(same standing position) Most in the management are bias.

Racism when it comes to position. They choose their own likes.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It is ok to get tired bcoz of the job itself but stressful management that makes you more tired.

I worked at medtronics for almost 5 years. The working environment is good with good compensation benefits. They offer good insurance paid by the company and RRSP contributions given to all employees. The company offers fair salary with increase every year according to your performance.. Permanent position is not available most of the time.shifting schedule  is available according to the needs of the company.trainors are very accomodating and approachable.

I enjoyed almost 8 years of assisting with continuous improvements, however; we have been undergoing a multi-billion merger that is over three years in the making and it has resulted in the department looking more like a broker firm than a customer service department so I will be looking starting September 18th 2018 for an opportunity to help, with my set of skills and experience, a company with solid standard operating procedures and reliable management software.

The company was really great when I started. They were very caring towards their employees and I have never experienced that before. That quickly changed though. There is no regard for people here now. Pushing to get more out of you all the time and very over worked.

They keep adding more work to your plate.

People are not happy and stressed. Not pleasant!

Don't waste you time, high turn over, management and HR are bullies.  Stab each other in the back environment. They talk about growth but never give any trading because fir one excuse or another trainer is never there!  All the good people have left and you know the type that stay. They then get higher roles remaining unproductive as usual forcing work loads on the ones that actually work....do yourself a favour fined a company that truly respects their employees and that are not two faced about it!

It's a good place to work but they hire from agencies they tell u that after 6 months they will hire u permanently it can take up to 15 months starting salary 17$ 1$ for night shift for people that are permanent the salary is 18.95$ good benefits alot of rules that u have to follow managers  are over your head at all times
