I am a certified forklift operator that had at the time of my hire 12 years working experience.  I was hired as a full time employee.  Every morning there is a meeting with all forklift operators, safety concerns, things to look for etc..
After four years working NO INCREASE OF PAY.

This company is a power trip central
Once my supervisor entered the huge lunch room filled with over 80 employees for all parts of the company, office workers, material handlers, forklift operators, everyone.
This guy sees me - walks up to me and then is loses it, he is screaming at the top of his lungs for all to hear.
His reason, he did not like the way I parked my forklift.
note: it was parked properly.
I reported this supervisor to management and they demoted him to forklift operator.
I was assigned to work in another part of the company it has it's own building and is 200,000 sq ft warehouse.
I was to work there alone and I did, loaded trucks with boxes of toys with a forklift. Loved it, no co-workers, no supervisors, no one... just me and my truck.
This company has way too many bosses, this company is POWER TRIP CENTRAL.
They were closing this section of the company and little by little workers that have been in their employ were being let go.  When it was my time, there I sat with 2 managers, the HR guy, and my new supervisor. In order to not cause the company any problems, they made me sign a paper which states I will never re-apply to work for them,  they offered me 5000.00$ in one payment if I would just leave.
So if you ever work for this company, demand a huge severance pay.

they care more about there numbers than the health and safety of there own employees expecting them to do more with less time.
Unfair managers 
long hours
has a contract system that makes absolutely no sense and short changes their workers.
managers don't always pay full amount on pay checks. They cut corners to save the company money.
Worst company i've ever worked for.

Validate and document all incoming deductions good or bad for all customers, as well as maintaining each customer profile per assigned portfolio. Helping my colleagues with any questions they have and guide them on the right path. Being the mentor for new employees who come to experience any facets of the Chargeback (claims) department.

A typical job for newly immigrants looking for an income. The management and my co-workers are accommodating and had good employer-employee relationship. The hardest part of the job is be awake and alert for 12 hours. The most enjoyable part of the job is the feeling of self-accomplished when the work orders are done and no negative reports.

-got to work with different people with different cultures and beliefs
-they treated me as if I was their child
-It was mostly carrying heavy boxes and loading them to trucks

My experience with Mega Brands could have been better:

1- Most of the workers working on the lines are hard working and very responsible about their jobs.

2- The engineering teams on the industrial engineering department are not very willing to teach, or properly guide interns through their learning process.

It's an acceptable place to work in if you're starting out in the field of machinery or factory work. 

You are almost guaranteed a position if you apply - it's higher than most places - but nevertheless a job.

Shifts are set, so you won't necessarily be able to compromise with work hours.

It's non stop work and very tiring but fun. Sometimes you get really really tires but they send help anyway so everything's fine. I rather work hard and be productive than goofing off  cause it makes me sleepy that's why i like my job here.

Mega Brands asked us to design a machine that will stack boxes. In their production line, they have people stacking boxes. We designed, manufactured and build a machine that stack boxes. We also did programming and used sensors to make the machines stack boxes accordingly.

A very fun and interesting job because i gotta work with toys, machines and mecanicians. The hardest part of the job is the heat because the machines are molding the piece and the humidity is covering the place
